Everything except our server was great. I just expected more on the service side for the price you pay to dine. She seemed more concerned with her other tables than with us and didn’t apologize or give a sincere farewell when she brought back the check. It felt like she just wanted the quick tip and didn’t make dining at Shula’s the experience it should be. Additionally, I found a plastic wrapping around my bleu cheese butter, however, the food and drinks were excellent.

It was our 5th time dining there. I was disappointed to see the. Dress code not enforced. I took my wife there for our 30th wedding anniversary and didn’t expect to see people in t-shirts. Service was slow for drinks and ordering and getting check. Servers were pleasant but not very efficient. For the price of dining I was very surprised and disappointed as we expected more based on past visits

Outstanding old school prime Steakhouse. Excellent staff at all levels of service. Wonderful atmosphere where you are surrounded with lots of NFL football memorabilia from back in the day of Coach Don Shula. Delicious steaks, appetizers and drinks. Great desserts. Highly recommended!!!

Gone their several times and very disappointed that you no longer have the cart with all the cuts of beef you offer. Also no more footballs at table and no card on table for birthday celebration. Pretty disappointed

Shula's is a traditional restaurant that has maintained its outstanding dishes and service over the years. The ambiance is elegant with nice views of the golf course during daytime hours. The spacious place provides ample distance between tables which allows for private conversations. Noise level is pleasant and the food and service is superb.

I received a Birthday email for buy one entree and get one of similar or lesser value free. I made reservations for five people at Shula’s Miami Lakes. Earlier that day I was at Costco and purchased $200 of Shula certificates for $160. The meal was great. We had cocktails, appetizers, and desserts. The waitress advised me that only the lowest priced entree would be free. I was OK with that. Then, I received the Bill in excess of $500 along with a notecard stating that they did not accept Costco gift cards. I spoke withObi the Manager, and he confirmed their policy and that each Franchise of Shula’s had the right to accept or refuse the Costco gift cards. He blamed the problem on Costco. The cards you take to the register at Costco did say valid at participating Shula’s. This was the flagship Shula’s at the golf course and they wouldn’t accept them. The next day I returned the gift cards to Costco and theirCustomer Service Rep was shocked and taken a back when I told him what transpired the night before at Shula’s in Miami Lakes. We will not return to Shula’s.

Christmas Eve was rough... our steaks were underdone, our server was forgetting things left and right, however, it wasn’t his fault because I think he was the only server there. Our family thought about trying this place since we use to love it 15+ years ago, but we were extremely disappointed. The potato side dish is amazing though and the Bloody Mary’s were tasty. It was noisy and the food was definitely over priced in reference to how good it was. The Chocolate Soufflé was great as always.

We mentioned in the special request that it was our three year anniversary and not only did they put a plaque on the table saying happy anniversary but they also brought a complimentary dessert with chocolate stating happy anniversary. That meant to much for us! We loved it! Certainly worth it!

Love this restaurant. The service was superb, as well as the food. Had an amazing filet mignon (Oscar style) while my partner had the prime rib. We shared the creamed spinach and sauteed mushrooms and finished it all with an amazing chocolate souffle. Always a great meal with great ambiance and excellent service.

Was our first time trying here and it was awesome. We are from New Jersey and Dolphins fans so we had to try out Shula’s and it did not disappoint at all. Still talking about how great the food was and we will be dining here again next time we visit Miami.

As usual the service was outstanding. Our small group met at the bar and Delvis took great care of us. We moved to the dining room and had an amazing 3-4 course meal. The steaks were out of this world and we also added an order of the BBQ Shrimp wrapped in bacon....amazing! Kudos to the staff as they are always very friendly and customer oriented. Great service and food! Overall a great experience and evening!

Excellent service from Angel & support staff. Ambiance is lovely and tables nicely spaced. Wedge salad was good but blue cheese could have had a little more bite. Twice baked potato was served with burnt skin. Two 8 oz filet mignons were cooked perfectly but were dry & tasteless! Very expensive dinner for a sub-par steak. Certainly not worth the drive from Pompano & not like the meals I’ve had there in the past!

For the price, the service was not all up to par. There were plenty of servers but lacked communication between them. We sat and had no silverware, napkins. Quality of meat OK but did not match price. At that price the food should have been outstanding and not just OK. Yes, I would recommend. Yes, I would go back.

We had the Miami Spice menu for my husbands birthday. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection. The staff was very professional and attentive. The surroundings are very nice could use some updating where you wait for your party to arrive. One large chair looked like it had seen better days. Cant wait to return.

Not many people. I really enjoyed the wedge salad but the 6 oz. Steak was ho-hum. My husband's cowboy steak looked tough. Cannot compare to Ruth Chris or Bern's Steakhouse in Tampa. The key lime pie was not a pie, but instead a tart. Overall, disappointing dinner.
