For over 25 years, the Sicilian Pasta Kitchen has provided its guests with the highest level of quality and service. All the dishes are prepared with an emphasis on using the freshest, prime ingredients thus honouring our old-world Italian roots while incorporating a fresh new approach.
Our dining area is simple yet sophisticated which caters to both the casual and the formal. We often host large parties such as office parties or birthdays (no we don't mind taking a group picture) as well as private functions. Many of our guests however, have been coming for years and we are very grateful for their continued patronage.
We have a charming downtown patio for those who like to enjoy the weather with their meal. We also provide free guest parking at the rear of the restaurant.

SPK is one of the best values for dining out in Edmonton. Great food and fairly priced. Fernando is our favourite server and he always goes above and beyond to make our dinners enjoyable. Good for couples or with friends and a repeat destination for us.

Very mediocre food, tasted as if from a bottle. Lack of seasoning. But what was very disappointing was the service. It was just not this girls night perhaps. She had no personality, did not even attempt to be engaging. I came with my partner and after I gave my drink order she walked away. Even after she brought my drink she didn’t wait to take my partners drink order or ask him if he’d like anything to drink. He had to catch her and put in his drink order. When he said I’d like to order a drink , she replied by saying what do you want. No etiquette. She took our food order , did not ask if we had been there before or make any suggestions. She brought the food but did not come back to see if we were happy or wanted accompanying new drinks. I had finished my drink and she didn’t ask if I wanted another one. We asked for boxes to take our left overs and had to ask for a dessert menu. She didn’t say anything as we paid. Just very sad. Would avoid this location, go to the one on 23rd.

The lighting in the restaurant was to dark...they kept adjusting them, but it wasn't working, would be nice to see what you were eating..the girl who waited on us did a good job...improvements are needed..

First time there, was excellent! Food was delicious and generous portions (all 4 of us took boxes home). Prices were fair - great value. Ambience was energetic, full restaurant, but not intrusive. We will definitely go back.

Usually love this restaurant and have been there many many times. This is the first bad experience. It took almost two hours to get our main courses. Our server came back twice to clarify our order. The second time, I commented on how long we had waited. The wine we had ordered to have with dinner was gone before our meals arrived. She noticed and asked if we wanted to order more wine. The rigatoni was bereft of sauce and the sausage was overcooked but we were hungry and dared not send anything back.

A neighbourhood favourite. Always enjoy. They have kept up the standard and my family enjoys as well as guests from out of town. Parking can be a bit iffy when church is in but not usually a big deal. the outdoor part seems larger than ever and it's very welcome in the warm months,

Restaurant left a bad taste in my mouth and it wasn’t because of the food. I asked to have the bolognese sauce with the gnocchi and they said it might be a couple dollars more, turns out it was nine dollars more on a $27 pasta. Thought that was a little extreme. The pizzas were very good and the service was good so I give it a 3/5.

If you are looking for good Italian food this is not the place to go. Typically Sicilian Italian food has lots of flavour. The food here was lifeless and did nothing to excite the palate. The server was excellent though. But not a 4-5 star restaurant.

Had lunch on the patio with a client. The pasta special was excellent as was my friend's bistecca salad. The service was great, as usual. It is a gem of a restaurant a little off the beaten path of downtown so parking is easy. I have gone there for many years and the food is always consistent and delicious.

Sicilian pasta kitchen continues year after year to be one of the best Italian restaurants in Edmonton pasta always made fresh with quality ingredients. Great ambience, exceptional customer service. I no longer live in town so when I am back I always try to make a visit back to SPK.

Portions are way too large, The décor is weird, with the large light bulbs which are full of dust, one large room with tables, much like a cafeteria. Food was tasty, but way to pricy for just pasta.
