   The staff all seem to be new and inexperienced. My second dining experience here. Will give it one more try to see if they improve. Overall, it is an ideal spot for dining Large or small groups or just a friend.

   We waited at the front for almost 10 min. No hostess working and only 1 server for the entire restaurant. Server was friendly, we waited a long time for things throughout and especially at time of payment!

   Our server, Yurrii was amazing. He was gentle, attentive, and detail oriented. The food was surprisingly good and my eating particularities were accommodated without complaint or problem. The only drag was we were seated near the service area and it was SO LOUD. Cutlery was being dried and put in a bin and it was making that clanging noise. The staff kept gathering in the service area and were joking around - all of which is normal and lovely, but one doesnt necessarily want to overhear on Mother's Day. But really, this restaurant was a v. pleasant surprise.

    This restaurant was perfect for our gathering. We were a party of 8 work friends. The set up is perfect for conversation without being intrusive on other guests. The food was fabulous and the service was excellent. Yes I would definitely dine here again.

    The best choice of restaurant I have ever made. Best service, kindest and most understanding staff. Great food, wonderful atmospheric music, bot too loud, and so beautifully decorated, not to talk about the fantastic winter window view. Held my small wedding party there, and got the best experience, thank you!

    The restaurant was not busy at lunch time but the service was excellent and attentive. Food portions were generous as we ended up sharing an entree. I was particularly impressed that they did acknowledge the birthday celebration I had noted in the reservation and brought a decadent slice of chocolate cake for the birthday girl and a personalized decorated plate.     I ordered grilled calamari and it had such a bad smell then when I told the server about the strong smell, they didn't even comensate me and said instead if I wanted fries... No I dont want fries... because i had already ordered fries on my own....I had to pay for something I did not even eat

    Really enjoyed my dining experience with three friends. The service was excellent and the room is lovely with a low noise level so we were able to enjoy our conversation while dining. This low noise level is rare in Yorkville. The food was very good and my salmon was delicious. Thanks for a wonderful evening.

    Initially booked for the restaurant itself and regular menu but we were asked to sit in the bar otherwise would have to pay extra and go with Christmas menu but didn’t agree and they let us seat there and brought us regular menu.After choosing the informed us most of the foods on the regular menu not available we there were only a few options.

    Incredibly disappointing experience. We (a party of 5) were sat at our table in the very middle of the restaurant and then forgot about for the rest of the night. We had to flag servers down for any type of service (to take our drink orders, our food order, additional drink orders and even to ask them to take the menus away). We then waited so long for our food that we almost had to cancel to order because we wouldn’t make our concert across the street. We sat down at 545pm and didn’t get our food until 7:30pm (we had to be out by 7:45). The steak was requested medium and came blue rare with raw French fries. The staff was apologetic and referenced the “terrible service” and yet made no efforts to compensate us for the experience. I can’t recommend anything about this restaurant other than it’s proximity to the Royal Conservatory….but keep in mind that even over 2 hours isn’t enough time for a one drink and one main type of meal.

    My daughter and I had an amazing experience at the Signatures. Yuri, our waiter, made everything possible to make sure we enjoyed ourselves, we have not experienced this high level of service in a long while. The ambience was beautiful, and the food - delicious. We lost track of time and did not want to leave :-)

    Surprisingly, on a Friday evening before a busy performance at Koerner Hall across the street, this restaurant was almost deserted. Certainly could find no fault with the attentive service and both the appetizer (shrimp) and main (salmon) were excellent. Odd things: this is the first time I have been asked, when I ordered, how I would like my salmon cooked (rare to well done) and, when the salmon arrived, it was accompanied by roasted poblano peppers. Strange choice but not objectionable.

    The restaurant explained they were understaffed, which unfortunately contributed to the quality of service my guest and I received. Based on a number of issues that arose we decided to cut our cutting short and head somewhere else. We did inform the management who handled the situation positively and professionals.
