High Tea with The Empress is offered every Saturday and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at $75 per person and includes a variety of black, green, herbal, white, oolong, and rooibos teas. Tea will also include a selection of savory snacks including truffle egg sandwiches, house baked scones, and a scrumptious array of sweet treats.     Upon arrival at 7:00 my wife, walking with a cane, notified waiter we were attending performance across the street at 8:00. Ordered food 5 minutes later: risotto and fish. The ONLY patrons in the restaurant, we watched staff come and go for almost half an hour. At 7:32 the entrees arrived, the risotto luke warm with the oily mushrooms on top. Left 13 minutes later with more than half the food untouched and barely made the performance time.

    Beautiful atmosphere! The food from the High Tea experience is incredible. The portions are filling and the selection of teas is perfect. Our server was so friendly and was knowledgeable about the teas. I can’t wait to experience it again!

    It is a good place for lunch, with nice food, professional service, a pleasant setting, and low noise levels so you can talk to your guests easily. Prices are fair too for what you get and for the quality of the dining environment.

    For my 80th Birthday I had two events at Signatures. Everyone enjoyed the generous portions of food and the selections of food and drinks. The service was excellent. In the future I will be choosing Signatures as the restaurant to entertain my friends. Thomas

    We were early but the wonderful gentleman at the host, with humour, accommodated us. It was a perfect spot to dine before going across the street to Koerner Hall for the concert. Lovely food, lovely service.

    We had an open table reservation, and they didn’t have a table for us. They tried to set us at a table for six with other people. when we refused that they put us on the couch with a little table in front of us.

    V pleasant xperience & the chef even came out to deliver his turkey dish. My med rare angus steak’s perfectly done but just a bit too salty. Betifully setup n ambiance. Just the perfect choice for b4 the show.

    The ambience was lovely, enjoyed the jazz band playing in the court yard. Food was okay, nicely presented. Full entrees were quite expensive. Service at first was a slower than we would have preferred, but improved as meals arrived.

    Chosen because of proximity to Koerner Hall. Quiet table for 2 next to window. Good service. Salad had no dressing but server brought some when we asked. Glad to be able to have conversation not bothered by noise.

    We enjoyed a summerlicious dining experience. I chose this place based on the menu and that everything sounded appetizing. For our apps we had the Chili Shrimp and Grilled Cesar salad, both were excellent. For mains we had the smoked salmon linguine and the Chicken Roulade. Linguine was delicious but the Roulade while moist and delicious was lacking flavour, still very enjoyable to eat. Desserts we had the Chocolate Cake and the Mason Jar Banana Split, both were outstanding. It was quiet in the restaurant but I found the background music was too loud for the room, the music choice was also not enjoyable. Overall 4/5, I would go back!!

    It was our first time dining here and we chose Signatures to celebrate a special occasion. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful and the ambience was nice and quiet (minimal noise). Our server Yuri was incredibly hospitable - he answered our questions about the menu and recommended choices based on what we were looking for. The food was delicious. We ordered the Two of a Kind Ravioli, the Grilled Pork Chop, and the Herb Crusted Pan Seared Branzino for dinner. For dessert, we had the Pistachio Sphere, the Flower Panna Cotta, and the Burgundy Pear. Everything exceeded our expectations and we will be recommending this restaurant to our friends!

    The restaurant was lovely. The food was good but lukewarm. Our server was nice but very inattentive. We asked for things multiple times and had to ask another server at one point because our server never came by. I would recommend this restaurant.

    My partner invited me in this restaurant for my birthday. The food was great, the atmosphere was good, the staff was very nice. I found the restaurant a little bit pricey tho but it was a nice experience. We had calamari for starter , then I had fish and coconut risotto for my meal, my partner had spinach and chop pork. I had pistachio mousse for the dessert. The mousse is pretty good.

    The staff all seem to be new and inexperienced. My second dining experience here. Will give it one more try to see if they improve. Overall, it is an ideal spot for dining Large or small groups or just a friend.

    The restaurant lived up to our expectations. Yuri was attentive. The pork chops were delicious, as were the fingerling potatoes. The pasta dinner was exceptional. Very Expensive cocktails - margaritas - but tasty.

    We waited at the front for almost 10 min. No hostess working and only 1 server for the entire restaurant. Server was friendly, we waited a long time for things throughout and especially at time of payment!

    Our server, Yurrii was amazing. He was gentle, attentive, and detail oriented. The food was surprisingly good and my eating particularities were accommodated without complaint or problem. The only drag was we were seated near the service area and it was SO LOUD. Cutlery was being dried and put in a bin and it was making that clanging noise. The staff kept gathering in the service area and were joking around - all of which is normal and lovely, but one doesnt necessarily want to overhear on Mother's Day. But really, this restaurant was a v. pleasant surprise.

    This restaurant was perfect for our gathering. We were a party of 8 work friends. The set up is perfect for conversation without being intrusive on other guests. The food was fabulous and the service was excellent. Yes I would definitely dine here again.

    The best choice of restaurant I have ever made. Best service, kindest and most understanding staff. Great food, wonderful atmospheric music, bot too loud, and so beautifully decorated, not to talk about the fantastic winter window view. Held my small wedding party there, and got the best experience, thank you!
