Food was average but we did not come here for gourmet food. It is for the view, which was outstanding. Service was slightly above average and since it was kind of a slow day, we were not rushed (like our previous visit). Great place to take first time visitors to Niagara Falls.

Service was great, fast and attentive! Food was mediocre at best, the experience was poor. Maybe sitting facing straight as the world spins infront of you, we went to CN tower and sat facing side and it didn’t bother us so it could just be the location of our seating

Thank you. Was generally good but I do think the value was bot worth it. Great atmosphere and great service but prices should’ve been about $10 less per adult meal and $5 less per kids’ meal. I do like how they included dessert for all meals but I believe that was an oversight. Perhaps they were being generous but who knows? Service, and the view, of course, was best part of whole experience but most importantly the food value was not “valuable,” unless you consider the cost of the observation deck, which should be Pennies, really. Parking should be included as well.

The food was mediocre and the server was knowledgeable, but too cocky (maybe he was too old to be a server). We didn’t really feel a welcoming vibe, we actually felt rushed. The fried calamari was over breaded, definitely not fresh. The steak was ok but the sides were frozen and tasteless. The view was great and the lady taking pix was nice. Definitely a one time thing, not worth it going back.

The views are absolutely amazing. Our entrees were ok, but lacked seasoning and the soup taste like it was from a Lipton box mix. Food items were priced on the high end. All in all, it was worth the subpar meal for the views and experience.

Views were spectacular, ambiance would have been great as well except we were seated right next to one of the server stations. It provided constant noise all through our dinner. My wife had the beef tips, they were more like 2 medallions. She ordered medium, one was, the other was almost raw. The salmon was good, but the sauce lacked any zip.

Loved it! The views are great, and after dining you can go up to the observation deck for more stunning views! Service was in excellent. The food was very tasty. Yes, slightly overpriced, but it comes with those views! And, you don’t need to buy a ticket to the observation deck. I would definitely dine here again when visiting Niagara Falls.

We dine out a lot, and I have never submitted a bad review. However, this experience was terrible. First of all you’re extremely rushed from start to finish. The food was awful, and tasted like it was frozen food that was heated up in a microwave. To top things off, everything was entirely too expensive. I would literally never recommend that anyone go here, you can get a great view of the falls from somewhere else.

We booked the early bird dinner before heading back home and it was great! The salad was nothing special, but the entrees were huge and delicious. We had the prime rib, which was very sizeable and the salmon which was also big with a delicious sauce. Our son had the kids meal and chose chicken fingers and it was huge!! Our server Tom was excellent, answering all the questions our son had. The view can't be beat. We got seated at a table beside the windows and it was beautiful. The early bird dinner in winter allows you to be there when the falls are all lit up and it was gorgeous.

We brought an old, dear friend whose life has been very difficult & we wanted to treat her. She was very grateful & thrilled with our visit & to your establishment & when we left, she said we couldn't have done anything to make the day more perfect for her. Your wait staff were very accommodating & pleasant. When we looked at our bill, we noted the "Tourism tax" had been added, and as we are Niagara residents, we asked for it to be removed. They graciously did that - thank you very much. We pay a lot in taxes in the Region already!! All in all it was a very enjoyable afternoon.

Been wanting to go here since I was a kid. Then our friends who visited from California showed up and thought this was the perfect spot to take them! And boy did it not disappoint. The food was FANTASTIC. The lamb chops, prime rib, and veal chop were cooked to PERFECTION. Only downside was all 4 of our meals had the exact same sides. So clearly they didn’t invest in a dynamic menu… all of us had potatoes, green beans, and mashed carrots. But. When the protein is perfect, I could care less. The servers were fantastic, engaged with my 8mo and catered to us greatly. The photographer that goes around did such a great job taking multiple photos and trying to get my baby to look and smile. And the views of the falls were AMAZING. Can’t wait to go back!!
