We are a short walk from Camden Yards/Oriole Park & M&T/Ravens Stadium. We are very close to the Convention Center, Downtown & the Inner Harbor.
Staff was great, food was delicious... will definitely go again.
Went here with a friend for Restaurant Week. The food was delicious, and the wine flights are always a treat! Mushroom Fettucine and Carrot Cake—yum!
Food and service were both amazing - thanks to the waiter pouring us water for being so friendly and the waitress for overhearing that I wanted to try some of my dad’s appetizer soup - and immediately bringing me my own small taste tester bowl of soup. Definitely went the extra mile on top of having amazing food.
Their restaurant week menu was great! Really enjoyed their scallop entree. I also loved that they had all of the Baltimore breweries on draft.
Some of the best french onion soup I've ever had! Amazing ambiance. Great cozy spot for a date or small group dinner. A little tight for large groups, but I did see a larger party seated for dinner when I went. Super personable staff too.
Loved the food good portions, staff friendly, great brunch would recommend to anyone
A great brunch before the Ravens Game. Food was delicious and service was great.
I love this place - I don't live downtown so we come occasionally- I think it is a little gem of place - it's small and charming and the food is always great ! Some of our favorites are the Thai mussels - the chicken dishes are wonderful ! I think the prices are reasonable vs the quality of the food !
The only reason I gave it 4 Stars overall is the chairs are on the small side so they aren't the most comfortable and We sat at a half round table ( there was 5 of us ) and it was a little crowded - I was smushed against the wall !
I would recommend coming here !
This is a wonderful local spot, great food, great service, never rushed...a gem in the midst of bar food hell in Federal Hill
Terrific food and great service!
This is one of our favorite restaurants. Neighborhood place, small, cozy and the food is outstanding. We also had the funniest waiter. He knew the menu. The roast chicken recommendation was perfect.
Love this place and the people who run it and work there. Took my staff for a holiday lunch and we had great service and great food. What a lovely spot and will go back again and again.
Great restaurant for lunch and dinner. One of the only good lunch choices around. We went early so the crowd hadn’t come yet which is why I rated the noise level as lowish. It can get noisy when full. food is eclectic comfort food and is very satisfying and tasty. Great lunch menu- far more interesting than most. Would highly recommend.
Service and meals were outstanding!!
Our food was delicious. We especially liked the spinach phyllo appetizer. Look forward to next time!
Food is delicious! So many great choices on the menu that it's hard to choose but no matter what you choose it'll be a rest choice.
Love this restaurant. We try to go about once a week. Everything is homemade, delicious and perfectly prepared. Owners and staff are delightful and always go the extra mile to step up the experience.
Food was excellent and nice portion sizes. Beer and wine selection was weak.
Great food, amazing owner and staff, very comfortable and cozy neighborhood place.
I had the pork chop which came with fried apples, mashed sweet potato, and green beans. The chop was cooked to perfection, the fried apples were just like grandma's, and the potato melted in my mouth. I'll be back for that again soon.
Delicious food and lots of local beer options. Great spot!
Great biscuits, sandwiches & macaroni and cheese . We will come back.
Always a great place for brunch.
Came for brunch before a Raven's game; glad we had reseervations! Packed when we got here so noise level was high, but bright sunny space, good food, and good, friendly service. Excellent French onion soup!
A friend recommended SoBo to us a few months ago, and it is now our go-to spot in downtown Baltimore for brunch. We came for the biscuits and returned for all of the great food and service. Bonus - they take reservations for brunch, even in the busy Fed Hill neighborhood before a Ravens game! Easily found street parking each time. Our server from the first visit even remembered us months later the next time we came back. We have taken different people with us and everyone loves it. Great food at a fair price, amazing wait staff, reservations and easy parking. What more could you ask for?
Truly exquisite food. Pumpkin soup superb, mushroom fettucine WOW, and scallops, well my wife didn't even offer me a bite. Creative drinks even though only beer & wine. Table a bit wobbly but the service, food, setting & location 2 thumbs up.
A friendly neighborhood retaurant where you can actually have a conversation! The French onion soup is delicious and the pork chop was perfect. Great place!
Fabulous neighborhood gem! Absolutely delicious food, small and intimate dining room. Nice variety on the menu, very attentive and personable staff.
A great place for a work lunch
Wonderful food, service, and ambiance! We went there with some friends and most of us are vegetarian, with one meat eater in the group. The menu featured many vegetarian options, as well as something to satisfy to the non-vegetarian. Win-win.
Excellent....a fave spot...never disappointed
Comfortable friendly atmosphere. Food is very good and the service is great, especially Spencer.
Lots of nice food choices.
The food was great (dry rub steak, brussel sprouts, stuffed grape leaves), the wine was great, our waiter was awesome, and the restaurant was adorable. Would definitely go back for more!
Brought some friends from out of town. Had a vegan in our party and the menu had something to satisfy everyone. Everything was delicious.
Great place I never knew about! Excellent bang for your buck.
The service was very good; very attentive, prompt and pleasant. The setting is also nice and cozy. The food, however, while it was ok, it was not great. I would not give it another try.
Our server was amazing and the food was delicious. I loved the quaint coziness of the restaurant. I went for brunch on a Saturday. The peanut butter pancakes were amazing. The serving size was huge - three very large pancakes. I could only eat one. I might suggest to split it.
Food is excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very intimate. Just off the main street in the middle of Federal Hill action!
Get the House smoked salmon! It is a specialty and delicious!
