Our talented Head Chef Lukasz has several years experience in Polish and Swedish fine dining restaurants. He moved to the UK in 2017, followed by his wife and children in 2018. Since then, he has held the position of Head Chef at The River Parrett, Bridgwater, and Sous Chef at The Castle, Taunton, before starting his own business as Head Chef here at Artichoke. Lukasz describes his food as creative yet simple, elegant and tasty, with a focus on fresh, quality ingredients.
