We had a table right the next to the window with a gorgeous view of the valley. The restaurant was quiet and had a nice atmosphere. The service was great and the food was delicious. We come to Osoyoos/Oliver often and, so far, this is the best food we’ve eaten in this region. We will be coming back.

We just love Sonora room at Burrowing Owl winery. Delicious food. We can hear our guests talk. So comfortable. No rush to get you out the door. Thank you Jeremy and Ali for great service and accommodating our nuances. And the Sauvignon Blanc... Perfect.

We sat on the patio on a gorgeous warm evening. It was truly magical. We enjoyed the prix fixe menu. All three courses (salmon cake, duck confit, and chocolate terrine) were excellent. The wine pairings were perfect, we especially enjoyed the viognier. Service was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. We definitely intend to go back. Thank you!

Over the past years we have been to the Restaurant at least twice a year. As a couple and/or with friends and relatives. The menu has "very minimal" changes over those visits and it is getting boring. The service is and always has been excellent!!! The menu on the other hand needs changes to your offerings. As part of a winery tour in the Oliver area, my wife and I booked a dinner at the Sonora Room Restaurant at the Burrowing Owl Winery. My wife order the Strip-loin Steak dinner, and I had the complete dinner package which included a Salmon Cake appetizer, the main course was Duck Confit, and there was a wonderful chocolate desert. The wine we had with dinner was a Syrah and was wonderful. Our waiter was Ron and he was very knowledgeable about food and wine. Ron has been working at the restaurant for many years. The view and ambience were spectacular and I am looking forward to our next visit.

The property is beautiful and wine was very good. However, there was a hair in my dish and the server sent it back but never offered to take it off the bill or comp anything for us when we ordered two bottles of vintage wine. That was disappointing.

For our 43rd Anniversary we chose an outside table on the patio under nice warm heaters in October. Over a glass of wine we witnessed the rise of a full moon and Jupiter. Couldn't have asked for a better setting. Food was great and many thanks to our waiter, Ron, who provided super, attentive service all night. Great way to celebrate.

Yet another perfect dining experience at one of our absolute favourite restaurants in the Okanagan. The duck, chicken and salmon were perfectly cooked and the flavours of everything were delicious. And the wine is always exquisite! This is a must on any foodies dining list. Ask for Ingela as your server, and request a balcony table outside- the view of the valley is spectacular at sunset.

There really is no better way to enjoy a beautiful lunch at the Sonora Room than sitting out on the terrace overlooking the vineyards and mountains. Start with a tasting in the wine sales room, then proceed to have a delicious meal.

We were lucky enough to be seated on the outdoor patio - beautiful day as sun was shining. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and Marsha, our server was fantastic. We starter off with a glass of wine each and split the charcuterie board, followed by the quiche and parsnip soup with goat cheese. A perfect meal. Thank you for making our day special.

Celebrating an anniversary with friends - absolutely best service we have experienced dining out during the Covid era ! Staff was so engaged & kind - great wine selection! Recommend the tuna & the scallop starters and the lamb shank was also fantastic. Thanks for a lovely evening.
