Sorrentino's Downtown

Great place for fine dining. Food was amazing and service was great and quick even though it is understaffed from our experience. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed an anniversary dinner. The restaurant was quiet, the food was outstanding, the servers wore masks and we felt very safe. Tables were far apart. We were surprised to be presented with a complimentory lovely dessert to help celebrate the occasion. A wonderful evening.

We saw that Sorrentinos had reopened so we thought we would check it out. Very glad we did. The food was excellent, the services was spot on and we found the wine list very reasonable with some of our favorite wines. We are excited to go back again.

Beet and goat cheese salad is lovely, appropriate size for a starter.
The scallop appetizer is delicious - perfectly seasoned, cooked, and presented.

First class service, first class ambience, top level food. Hard to find a better restaurant in Edmonton. Not inexpensive but you get what you pay for.

Yhere was a live Romanian band which led me to the noise answer and i ususlly like to get a deal. Best Dinning experience I've hsd in 2 decades. Thank you!

Quick lunch, great food but I thought the service was a bit disinterested.

No one was at the door to greet us, had to sneak in to show we're in.
We ordered an appetizer but the server forgot and we weren't even offered for complimentary one or discounted price as we had it with our main dish.
We joked about having more bread but not sure if we were only really supposed to just have one each.

The venue was great, overall it wasn't bad. We had a private room to ourselves which was nice.
The food was okay considering what we paid for.
For the amount of money that we had paid, we could have gotten something better.

Hockey game

Our food was to die for! I am a celiac, so it's hard to eat out let alone gluten free. To my suprise, there was gluten free bread offered at the start, and they were able to make the special (beef tenderloin with mushrooms and truffle) with gluten free pasta, very very delicious!
The wine selection is pretty good, and the service was awesome!

Very noisy group of 8 made it difficult to converse. Once they left it was lovely.

My wife and I appreciate Sorrentino's Downtown very much, for its consistent quality, atmosphere, service, and food. A delightful dining experience every time.

The food was good but we sat down at 12 and didn't have a waitress take our order for about half hour we waited a very long time for salad with chicken and salmon and it cost $80.00. I will not be returning. The total of our lunch was 2 hours it was ridiculous for a lunch that should have taken maybe 1 hour tops and the restaurant only had 8 tables total.

Great food and great service! The scallops were very delicious, and the pasta has so much flavour. We always have excellent service with Mark!! Great spot for a romantic dinner date.

Sorrentino’s Downtown is my favourite restaurant and our latest visit didn’t disappoint... we each chose a special, my husband had the lamb with mushroom risotto and I had halibut with spaghettini and an amazing sauce. Food was memorable and Service was top notch!

Always dine here when I’m in Edmonton. The food is excellent and the servers are always attentive. They accommodate vegans by making special dishes off the menu.

The food was great and although staff were nice and friendly it took a long time for everything even though it wasn’t all that busy - even getting the bill took 15 minutes or so. All in all though it was a nice place, nice atmosphere and the lamb dish and peanut desserts were particularly amazing.
