   Good restaurant with a nice atmosphere and a very good Service. I had a Filet Mignon what was good but not very good. Wine selection was okay but to find the right one some better expanation - if written or given verbaly - could help.

   We ordered the hash browns and instead of getting crispy on the outside and soft in the inside, they were burned and soaked in bacon grease. Not very appetizing. The prime rib was good cooked medium and the salads were very mediocre. What prices charged “ala carte” Way over priced for what you receive!! I would not recommend this place to my friends.

   We had a wonderful dinner and tried some of the new items on the new menu that debuted today! The Korean BBQ ribs appetizer was outstanding. My ahi tuna and my husband’s steak frites are our regular favorites! We are very pleased that they decant the wine we bring!

   Excellent service (Mike was our waiter). He explained the individual menu items and suggested wine pairings. The Calamari Small Plate we got as an appetizer, was the best calamari I have ever had as was their red cocktail sauce that came with it. The tartar sauce was pretty good as well. My famed rare filet was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Mac N Cheese, very good. The APPLE PIE is the second best pie I have ever had (Mom’s is always 1st) I highly recommend Spencer’s in Omaha!

    The service and meal was great. My wife had a food allergy and the waitress was great consulting the chef to see what on the menu can be adjusted for gluten free. Steak and pork chop were fantastic! Spencer's our go to place.

    All was good but if you have a Passport where you get buy one entree get one free. It wasn't posted that doesn't apply to Bone End Rib Eye or Lobister Tails! Had Lobster and didn't find out until wnt to oay the bill. Instead of $60 off they called the manager and gave us 20% off one tail or $11. Still love the place and food but it should have been posted. Will go back again and just have something else!

    The steak was outstanding! Prices were high which is fine for a great steak but it would be nice if there was a petite filet available at a lower price and smaller portion. Sides were pricey also. They did not allow any substitutions which was a concern for me since I didn’t like their salad options. Servers should be empowered to make the guest happy particularly when at a restaurant of this quality. I asked for a few french fries instead of a salad. How difficult would they request be to accommodate?

    Honestly coulda/shoulda gone to Outback, Texas, or Longhorn steakhouse to get the same quality of food, larger portion, at a third the price. Service was unimpressive, ambience/noise was fast-casual more than some refined steakhouse justifying 50-75+ for a steak. Won’t return.

    Spencer's is supposed to be known for excellence in steaks. Our experience was the opposite. The steak were too charred on the outside and over seasoned. I have had better steaks at Longhorn. The mac and cheese was average. Our server was knowledgeable and very helpful. He kept this experience from being a complete disappointment.

    We were excited to try Spencer as out of town guest and it being recommended by our business associates in Omaha. Unfortunately our experience was not the intended venture. One thing that stand out is the fact that our server assumed portions of the menu which left our experience missing certain portions of the meal. At the conclusion of the meal, our server packed our meal and placed the items on the floor, when the where clearly other options to store our meal as we finished our drinks and closed conversations

    This was our first time for “date night” at Spencer’s Steak and Chops. I am looking forward to many more. The service we received was FABULOUS as well as the steak and lobster. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an Amazing experience. We drove around a long time trying to find parking on a Friday evening. So, plan ahead if you want to be on time for your reservation.

    Tyler was our waiter. He did a great job, and you could tell he enjoyed serving us. Prime rib and prime meatloaf were both excellent. House salad, cheesy cream spinach, McMannus Pinot, and all were great. Spencer’s is just one of the best. Thanks, Paul and Linda.

    We love coming to Spencer’s before the Holland concerts, but this time was a little different. Our server was not very helpful. Instead of offering other options for drinks that you may not have had, we were just told, “no we don’t carry that”. There was no elaboration of the menu. I just didn’t feel like we were taken care of like we normally are when we dine at Spencer’s. The food was excellent, as usual.
