Great food with nice ambiance
Not special, but ok for Indian cuisine
Very good food and staff. Large selection and everything was tasty.
New Years occasional.
Incredible food and great service.
Our go-to stop for delicious Indian cuisine when in NYC. Very attentive service, great variety of dishes all at reasonable prices and all delicious. Don't miss out, check this place out
Awesome experience. Great food, too-notch service, and sophisticated ambiance.
Always Excellent food and service! Never disappoints!
The food was delicious and the service excellent. The variety of the set platters was extremely interesting and the naan plentiful and tasty.
We were a party of 6 and were seated promptly. The owner/manager checked on us a couple of times and service was good. One thing to note; their bartender needs to go back to school. I ordered a Manhattan and it tasted nothing like one. That given, each of the dishes we ordered were way above average and the servings were generous for Indian Food with pretty modest pricing. I am from Southern California and was just visiting, but I would recommend it.
We had one of the most delicious meals we’ve ever eaten! We can hardly wait to return to NYC just so we can eat at Spice Symphony again. The restaurant’s atmosphere is very pleasant and the service was top notch too. It’s an all around great find!!
So they were extremely busy on this Saturday night. Reservations didn’t matter.. we were all waiting in a queue first come first served. There was no host.. just wait…
Fortunately the food was amazing. That specialty naan bread!! OMG.. i will be returning here on my next NYC visit just for that!!
Give yourself plenty of time and enjoy the food.
Excellent service and food. A must if in NYC
We went for the prefix lunch that they call preplate. There was a lot of food & I could only eat half of it. They wouldn’t let me take home what I couldn’t finish. I was told lunch is a kinda eat all you can, so doggy bags aren’t allowed. They should let people know ahead of time. None of us asked for seconds because there was a lot of food, plus we didn’t know their policy. To me, I felt it was a waste of food because they’re going to throw it away anyway. Anyhow, the food & service was good.
Food was excellent, but they were understaffed the day we went and we had to wait 15 minutes despite having a reservation. Guess that must mean others think it's good just like us!
Friendly but hectic service. Everyone is short staffed and it showed at this restaurant.
The food was amazing.
Food, service and cocktails were all fabulous.
We eat at Syphony Spice often as it is one of the best Indian restaurants in NYC, and it is near theatre. We like their lamb korma, palak paneer, the butternut squash soup and their wine. The service is also excellent!
Food was very, service excellent. They checked our vaccine cards before allowing us to seat, which is reassuring for those of us with concerns about Covid
The food here was excellent but the drinks were mediocre and over prices.
Great place with outstanding food, great wine selection, special cocktails and incredible service.
Really delicious meal at Spice Symphony. Just the right level of spice to make it scrumptious without being overpowering. The garlic naan was perfect.
I took a couple colleagues from India and my fiancée here for a group dinner. The food was outstanding and authentic, the beer selection could use a few more Indian beers but the wine list was pretty good, and the service was great. I will be coming back next time I’m in NYC.
One of the best Indo Chinese food I had in USa
I really like this place. great food and service.
Una gran experiencia con platos que no encuentra en cualquier restaurante Indio
We were a party of five, three adults and two children. A 20% gratuity was added on to our bill for mediocre service
Nice ambience. Great food. The Tikka Masala was delicious and one serve would suit two moderate eaters. Very attentive staff. I had a rough day and the owner sent over a complimentary glass of wine. Would definitely return.
Service was incredible. Food was delicious.
Wonderful! We had a fantastic time at Spice Symphony! The food was wonderful, and the ambiance was lovely, and the service was outstanding!! —Our server was charming and attentive, but not overbearing. We will definitely go back!
Bottom line: We’d go back. Although the setting is at best ho-hum, the food is quite well-prepared and the service is excellent. Next time, we’ll ask the server for suggestions and hope to find some special dishes.
Delicious. Great service. Can’t ask for more!
The food is a fantastic quality and care was taken to ensure we received dishes while hot. Although short staffed, they really hustled to give a wonderful dinner. Excellent selection of cuisine and the overall experience was wonderful.
Great quiet spot for a business lunch. Food was delicious and the service spot-on. I especially loved that there were a hot of vegetarian options.
Had a delicious meal here with outstanding service. The drinks were interesting and I wish I had tried more. The lamb korma was our favorite dish, but we loved everything we had including samosas, chicken lollipops, and palak paneer. I would order from here over and over again if I lived in the area.
My friend and I wanted to try a new place. We had a relatively early reservation and there were just a few occupied tables. We were given a wine list and one menu,, although I said we were 2 people dining. The bus boy didn't seem to understand.
Our waiter was very pushy and overbearing, but I have to say he is young and probably inexperienced. My friend does not like very spicy food, and he did try to suggest something a little milder to suit her taste.
As we were eating, he kept coming over, interrupting our conversation, and asking about the food. Let's get to the food. Mediocre at best. My friend's main course, a chicken dish, was very dry. My main, also a chicken dish had some spice but seemed to lack salt. Very strange.
I won't be returning.
Great food and great service. I recommend to everyone looking for good Indian food.
We had a reservation at 8:30PM but were asked to wait as the tables were occupied. After waiting 15 minutes we were finally seated. We ordered couple of cocktails like gold tiramisu, shooter, pirate cove. All of these cocktails were good specially shooter. On the entrees the schzewan noodle was delicious. The indo chinese is one of the best.Though when we asked for chilli vinegar ,they gave us frozen one. This was very unprofessional. The service is very slow. You need to have an additional hour in hand to dine here.
