We have 20 years experience in this business and have perfected our dishes. Come in for great food, great customer service and leave with a taste of India.
Not even a medium level of spice! Myriad of issues, despite the name we asked for medium hot, zero heat and it was barely flavourful. Unimpressed.
It was average :) i liked the hospitality not the food.
We booked a table based on the online reviews. The unassuming facilities were more than compensated by the quality of the food. Excellent food and good vale, even a decent pour of wine, which is rare these days.
We came from the States and ate indoors. Spacious and Good Covid protections with fans and open windows.
We eat a fair amount of Indian food and really enjoyed the eggplant and the tandoori chicken.
Thx for a great meal!
Dining room was a bit strange. Almost like sitting in a storage room because there were chairs stacked all over the place. Not a lot of people dining when we there. Server was attentive and friendly. Food came hot and was very flavourful.
The food was delicious! Got a bunch of different plates and split them. Very well priced!
Great good. Lovely staff. With reduced tables because of Covid the ambience suffers a bit but aside from that it was great. Would go back!
Amazing service and food... YOU GOTTA EAT HERE !!
Great service, awesome food, big portions and delicious!
Highly recommend their chicken korma and garlic naan. Very friendly staffs and neat and quiet restaurant.
Best indian food I've had in a long time. Nice relaxed restaurant with outstanding service. Will definitely go there each time im in Vancouver.
Warm and friendly restaurant in the heart of Robson. Staff and owners are friendly and courteous. Food is very well presented and with rich flavors. Prices are very reasonable. It was our first time but I will definitely return.
Amazing food, perfectly spicy upon request! Ordered spicy/hot and she did double check twice but got what we asked for! Very flavourful, large portions and great service. We will be back
Best Indian food I’ve ever had.
Their AYCE lunch is fantastic!! Make sure to leave some room in your tummy for dessert ;)
Menu is fairly standard indian cuisine for North America.
Hosts kept on pushing for alcoholic drinks.
Delicious food in a casual but classy atmosphere. Great service and very reasonable prices. Gluten free options abound- naan bread made with chickpea flour, what a treat! Will certainly be back!
I went to Spicy 6 for the buffet lunch. There was something for everyone and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Definitely recommend this spot for a group lunch! I’ll be back.
Saw this restaurant menu on Dine Out Vancouver Website and went with our office. We ordered a variety of items from the selections offered on the Dine Out Menu. The portions were generous and everything was delicious and nicely presented. The service was quick, friendly and the server was very knowledgeable. We all agreed that we would go back again. Definitely worth a try if you enjoy Indian cuisine.
is my first time dine out for Indian cuisine, in Vancouver and I love it.
i love the food especially the Chicken Korma (Chicken cooked in a cashew curry sauce) chicken was juicy and the Naan was a hit. i had Fish Pakoras (Cod fish marinated overnight in yogurt & spices deep fried in batter)/ for appetizer, restaurant was really neat and clean and both my server was outstanding . i will sure come back to try the rest of the food there
The lunch buffet at Spicy 6 is always good with a range of spice levels, and the complimentary naan fresh from the oven is marvelous. On this occasion I and 3 others from the office enjoyed the buffet selections ranging from lamb curry to tandoori chicken, with good variety for vegetarians as well without having to resort solely to the salad - the paneer is always the firm texture I prefer, and the mushroom mutter was tasty (I liked the lamb too, but one of our party is vegetarian and she had plenty to eat). The service is very good, with water topped up regularly and I received my chai quite promptly. The chai is very good too, with a balanced blend of spice that isn't heavy on cloves like too many chai spice mixes tend to do. What keeps me from giving a 5-star review is that the warming trays are sometimes kept at slightly too low a temperature so that, when you get back to your table, the temperature of your food is lukewarm instead of pleasantly warm.
