The kitchen was also running a bit behind (nothing major) and she did a great job of addressing that and ensuring we still had a great experience. The only minor note is the person I was with didn't get his steak cooked properly (well done instead of medium), but Amanda asked if the steaks were correct and he told her it was fine so that's his problem haha!
