My son is Autistic and had his birthday party the weekend before, where only one child came. I made a note in the reservation and asked for them to help me do anything they could to help me make my son feel special and they did a great job. He ordered his favourite kids drink and they gave him a huge chunk of cotton candy on top, he was thrilled. Later on, a whole group came around to sing him happy birthday and bring him ice cream and his smile was amazing.
