Our menu is Chef Casey Wilcox's celebration of all worlds of food - German, Mexican and Asian influences with a Texas backbone - unconventional takes on BBQ (in the BBQ Capitol of Texas) using our custom Mill Scale smoker - playful plates and big steaks - spicy cocktails and crunchy salads - international wines and local spirits.Kitchen open till close every night (Wed-Sun).
