At Provenance we’re all about quality local produce. Fresh, delicious flavour is what inspires us in both the cellar and the kitchen. The Fyansford Paper Mill is one of Australia’s few remaining original paper mill industrial complexes. Built in the 1870s, the precinct is home to a variety of bluestone buildings now used by artists, a café and (of course) Provenance Wines.Our cellar door originally housed the 100ft paper making machine. We have recently renovated this building, taking care to retain its historic integrity and charm.In this ‘Industrial Cathedral’ you can taste our range of premium wines, sit down to a delicious lunch, enjoy a glass or take away a bottle (or few) to enjoy at a later date.The Barrel Room looks into our Winery, where all of our great wines are made.
