   The service at Stratus is very good. Beautiful view and ambiance. But the food is not great. Cold and over done -- and uninteresting. Once they fix the food, this will (again) be a great place!

   Husband's birthday dinner. We booked a table near the window with lovely sunset to night view. Nice ambience, very quiet. Hostess was kind enought to introduce the different buildings from our window, and initiated to take pictures for us. She was very thoughtful to surprise hubby with a birthday dessert, and a birthday card signed by staff! Food was OK with the price we paid.

   The ambience of the restaurant is nice given it's on the 36th floor. However, their valentine's tasting menu was disappointing. The food was subpar. If you want vibes and want to enjoy the view then this is the place. If you want tasty food, this wouldn't be my first choice.

   We came for Valentine’s Day dinner which was $100+ per person so you would expect the food to be decent, but it was so bland and awful. The food was worse than cruise food. There were only 3 main options but the vegetable/sides on the 2 dishes we ordered were the exact same… so you can clearly tell they put no effort and wanted to do whatever was easiest. As if that wasn’t bad enough, they also took 45 minutes to serve our drinks and the tables next to us were also visibly upset for having to wait so long. Dessert was also awful - the options were vanilla pound cake, chocolate mousse, or cheese… I mean if you’re gonna charge that much at least get a little creative, instead of these 5th grade birthday party desserts. The vanilla pound cake was the most dense dry cake I’ve ever had and you’re honestly better off getting something from the grocery store. At least our server was nice and apologetic but unfortunately the food quality and waiting time was just too much. Overall horrible experience.

    The food was served nicely, and tasteful. The restaurant is beautiful, so there really isn't any bad seating. There was a wedding party there, which was just added to the great vibe of Stratus. Our server was 10/10 (Nicole) as were the rest of the staff - I wish I had their names the were all so welcoming. On the the expensive side due to portions, but my date thought it was perfect. I have to add, some of the best offered drinks ive ever had. I'd definitely return.

    Nicole, our hostess was amazing, knowledgable, efficient and super charming. Helped us choose the most delicious meals, told us about the history of each, what was in it - as my curiosity got the best of me and lit up the room with her smile. The ambiance was romantic and fitting our outing.

    We booked a late lunch early supper, after 45min sitting, our wait staff came and told us the had an event buyout and it shouldn’t affect us as long as we were out by 6pm. Just after we placed our orders a complete overhaul of the restaurant started peoples moving tables all around us. Not a pleasant experience. I’m sure with some more customer’s service experience they will learn not to allow reservations when they are just going to make you uncomfortable to leave quicker. McDonald’s would have been more relaxing at a kid’s birthday party.

As per our reservation policy, we inform all of our guests about early closures due to private events with at least 24 hrs notice and offer a time change of reservation if possible.     Stratus was beyond exceptional. The host greeted us nicely and took our coats to hang. Our server was amazing, so was the view. There's limited food options but tastes excellent. Background music was nice and not too loud.

    The staff was super amazing and accommodating. It was my birthday and I was running late because of traffic and getting lost and they were so accommodating even helping me with directions. They make this experience the most memorable. Food and drinks was about Grade A status Everything was perfect and grade A amazing staff. I would do this all over again..

    They were able to accommodate a last min change to the reservation on my business lunch and it was very much appreciated. Food was great, service was great. Will definitely go back there again sometime.

    From the service to the setting and the staff, altogether we had a great experience. However, expectations for the food weren't met. Don't get me wrong, the food was good but Stratus & the chef can do so much better. But the service and the staff has won us over and we would definitely come here again.

    Plates were very tasty but menu is limited. No steaks only meatballs for beef. No chicken but duck is available. Appetizers more towards salads but he soup made up for it. No desserts on menu but was glad they provided a single dessert to celebrate our 20th anniversary with a cost of 16.00 for one person. So a bit pricey for dessert with only one item available.
