   have liked this restaurant in the past, but unfortunately this time encountered a server with a poor attitude who was unattentive and disrespectful to 2 of my guests - both of whom elected to leave the meal due to her poor service.

   We have been here before and love the wagyu on the hot rock. Got the tempura green beans as well and some sushi. I don’t remember what we got for sushi but there was one we didn’t care for. It has salmon and fried onions on it. It wasn’t our taste. Always had a lovely experience here. Highly recommend. I love their decor as well

   Party of 4 came while there for a wedding weekend (not a strip wedding) after a couple days we were done with life. Didn’t want to get dressed up just wanted good food. A few friends recommended SushiSamba and decided to go. Since it’s Vegas and it seems like dress codes have been done away with we went as is after a day of shopping. The hostess appraised us (literally looked me up and down) and walked us to the back of the restaurant (and I mean back. Like we were almost in the kitchen next to the service bar) it took far too long for someone to come to the table (we sat 10 minutes in a close to empty section) and when someone did the waiter was cold at first. I think he started catching on when we knew what the sake selection was and when we were able to order with minimal assistance. His attitude started changing as the bill grew. ($600+ for a 4 top) This is obnoxious and frankly this dynamic in a restaurant is passé. You never know (especially in a town like Las Vegas) the background of your diners. Between the 4 at our table we have been to every continent (including Antarctica) and eaten sushi in Tokyo and ceviche in Lima. So. While the food was good, it was not spectacular and while the restaurant was pretty it wasn’t above the norm for LV. Just bring your staff down to reality and quit the pretentious prejudgment of your patrons. $$$$ in LV is not what it used to be and the people that are willing to try different cuisine are changing.

   Fantastic service and superb sushi. We had a reservation but decided to eat at the bar. Bartenders were friendly, attentive and professional. Overall an awesome experience - would definitely recommend.

    The food was really good and our waiter helped us order. It’s Japanese infused Brazilian spices. Sounds strange but really sexy and delicious. It’s dark and amazing art on the wall.

    A restaurant with an identity crisis, Sushisamba has a menu with three different mixed cultures so they don't do any one specific culture well and only a little of each. The food was okay but did not make our list of places to go back to. Sushi on the menu almost seem to be an afterthought instead of the highlight. The other sushi restaurants we wanted to eat at were booked for 1-2 days out but no problem getting in at Sushisamba since they had very few customers. Definitely no visual appeal walking up to the restaurant. The manager was super friendly and seemed like he was really positive and happy to have us there. 🙂 Our server was adequately friendly but seem like we were having to work hard to have him less irritated than he seemed to be; wasn't the most positive feeling. We will add that some of the food presentation was very nice though, so even if it wasn't the greatest food, it still looked really nice. Overall if you're looking for a place to go and don't want to have to wait, this is the place to eat but if you're looking for good sushi, visit another place that specializes in specifically sushi and don't let the name fool you.

    Great food but even better service. The waiter and the manager were so sweet and attentive and not pushy like another similar restaurant we visited. They even brought out a desert complimentary for our desert. The staff here is excellent and food the was great and the prices were fair.

    We love this restaurant and make a point to eat here at least one night every time we are in Vegas. We do the chef’s choice menu and give a $ amount and let them determine the menu. We did $125 a person this time. But this the least enjoyable time we have experienced. The server was a little rude or maybe just distant and the lack of hospitality carried over into everything else. Sad that one of our staples is fading. I hope it was an anomaly.

    Food was amazing. Recommend asking for a table more toward inside of the restaurant. Our table overlooked the entrance, which gave us a view of a mall which wasn’t ideal for the overall experience.

    We had dinner here for our anniversary. Food was excellent. Although did not expect table setup to be that way. It was very cramped. Other than that it was a nice experience. Servers were attentive too.

    Hard to find in that Shoppes, so ask for directions before entering. Food was outstanding, but it is open to the mall so it is very loud. Our waitress was very distracted throughout the meal, so the service did not match the food.

    I held a business dinner here with people who travel extensively and who eat good food regularly. And yet, they all raved about the food here. In addition the servers were extremely respectful and careful to honor all dietary constraints/limitations. Would ABSOLUTELY go back and recommend this restaurant!

    Overpriced sushi. No real fusion menu. It was not full when we went. hostess disregarded OpenTable notes for our special occasion. We reminded her when we arrived and she chose to ignore. Did not find anything special about this restaurant, and it was over priced.

    My partner and I came here for our anniversary dinner! We initially were going to a popular traditional fancy steakhouse place but it was booked. We actually were going to a Cirque Du Soleil show (Mad Apple) after dinner so I thought sushi might be perfect because it’s light before sitting for a few hours and I’m so glad we did this instead! It’s inside of the Palazzo so make sure you go to the right side! It’s where all the shops are. You walk in to a beautiful tree decor above the bar with all these orange leaves. It’s a very happening place with a lot of people. They took us to the back area where there’s a ton of seating - it’s a pretty large restaurant. Service: 10/10 Our waters were always filled. The waiter was always there for recommendations or questions and was very friendly. I had mentioned it was a special occasion so they even brought out a dessert that said happy anniversary. Food: 9/10 We started with a couple appetizers to begin the night. We got the Yellowtail Taquitos and the Wagyu Gyoza Dumplings. I truly loved both of these! The yellowtail taquitos were basically poke tacos and these were my fav. They were so good I got 2 orders! The wagyu dumplings were rich, savory and tasty. The sauce it went with was great as well. After that, we got the Sea Bass Miso Robata. THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST THING ON THE MENU. I would eat this EVERY single day if I could. ORDER THIS. ORDER A COUPLE OF THESE. We also got 2 pieces of sashimi and it was displayed beautifully - it was good but I don’t think it was worth it. We also got the pork belly robata which was sliced and came with a tasty sauce. We got the salmon avocado roll which was refreshing. The donut dessert was yummy and sweet. The donuts were doughy and fluffy but I didn’t like the ice cream paired with it but I liked the berry sauce that was on the plate with it. Overall, great experience and food! I’d definitely come back when I go back to Vegas.

    Booked for supper with a colleague, food and service were great. But this location is like eating in a strip mall… you’d be better off at Panda Express.
