Came for Bday dinner last year and was best meal we all had eaten in a long time. So I wanted to come again this year. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my bone-in ribeye, to the point I didn't eat it. It had an odd flavoring that I did not care for, unlike the year before where it was unbelievably tasteful. And it was quite rare; I asked for medium plus. The asparagus and sauce were cold. Over all it was a pleasant evening, but my excitement over the exquisite meal from last year and has now changed. I'll be refraining from telling everyone to go there as I had before.

No hassle ample parking close to the resort entrance. Warmly welcomed at the door, followed by a reasonable wait at the bar for our table reservation. They placed us in a cozy corner booth in recognition of my wife’s birthday and immediately brought water and then special bread service. The appetizers were delicious, the steak was perfectly done, and the birthday desert was well received. We’re new locals, and we’ll be back.

Great food and ambience despite a few blips this experience. Server and table staff seemed to rush through the dining i.e attempting to remove appetizers well before completion. Also, please remove wine glasses from the table when not in use to limit clutter.

Our Server was not very attentive and seemed to visibly get frustrated because we were not ordering right away. In fact at one point he closed his note pad and barked, i'll just come back when you're ready.

I never got the name but dang the guy that sat us had such a hard on for me wearing my hat. I took off when I sat down but while eating there was 3 other people that walked in and never took hats off. I come there probably 1 or twice a month with customers. I haven’t been told anything the last 4 visits about my hat. So you guys need to either enforce it or don’t worry about it. You tell one you need to tell ALL

Great food, dinner at the bar tables, very nice atmosphere. Keith and food service attentive. Spouse had the chicken and asparagus. I enjoyed the scallops, pasta, and hearts of palms salads. Took chocolate and coconut cream cake home for later. Our 12th visit.

The shrimp cocktail had the largest shrimp ever. The filet was cooked to perfection. Our guests were impressed with their food and service. Even the fried oreo's for dessert were unexpectedly delicious.

When ordering cocktail, they don't carry JB Scotch. Wife had to wait 20 minutes for her cocktail. I asked for Prime Rib which is on the menu. Waiter came back in ten minutes and said the chef didn't like the prime rib from the supplier and didn't cook any. He gave me back the menu and stood there while I was trying to make a decesion. After about two minutes he grew impatient and and said he would be back - which was ten minutes later. after placing our order, it took one hour before it arrived at the table. This was surprising because the place was only about 50% occupied and there seemed to be plenty of staff. My wife wanted another cocktail. She was able to see it sitting on the bar. after 25 minutes, she asked the bus boy if he could please get it for her. He told a waiter who finally brought it over. The best thing of the service was the bus boy George who was the first person to greet us at the table and wished us a Happy Anniversery. While the food was OK, the service was terrible and we won't be going back.

My reservation was at 6:15pm. My guest arrived 10 minutes early and was seated on a table by himself. I got there right around 6:15pm and was pointed where my table was not escorted. My guest already had a drink when I showed up. Before I could even settle in I'm getting asked what I want to drink without showing me any kind of menu. Anyways skipping ahead I ordered a wagyu filet mignon medium rare with grilled asparagus and whipped potatoes. What I ended up getting was a low quality blue steak with zero marbling. At $120 bucks for the steak alone I expected better. Sides were decent and wine was okay. Service was okay. To top things off I ended up getting sick from the undercooked steak and still suffering the next day as I'm writing this review. Still tipped 20% out of courtesy but probably won't return or recommend to anyone.

T-Bones at Red Rock is a beautiful venue. The tables are spaced well, and the interior is elegant. From the front reception to the wait staff, the service is top-notch, but the food is the real star if the show. The steaks are served at exactly the temperature they were ordered, and very flavorful with a perfect char. You cannot go wrong with the bone-in ribeye, or the wagyu filet mignon.

Eric waiter and assistant perfect. eric recommended delish cocktails. bread 4-5 varieties. Amazing large shrimp coctail . Wedge salad we shared and was plenty. Sides were terrific baked potato was perfect. The other guests liked their petite filet. My bonein rib eye was only slight negative. They missed on first try. Wanted slight pink eric said medium + but it came out almost rare. Second try better and calorically hotter too. They gave anniversary sampler dessert to our guests. Very nice ending for a wonderful dinner in a beautiful restaurant!

Service was impeccable. Food was amazing. Got a tip to dine here from Vegasstarfish. Was not led astray. The only negative was the sticky toffee butter cake. No comparison to Gordon Ramsay’s. Overall, the steak is like butter and the side lobsters were decent size. Great value for the price!!!

It was my birthday, Kieth went above and beyond with the best service. Made it very special, and I felt so welcomed. Food was amazing as always, tried something different for me, I went with Australian Wagu New York suggested by Keith, I ordered it rare charred. It was cooked perfect, and was actually probably my favorite steak to date, which is really saying something for me.

Absolutely wonderful steakhouse, among the best I've ever dined at. Food was fantastic, service was exceptional, and we weren't "rushed" through our meal because they were busy. I'd recommend T-Bones every time!

The prime rib was beautifully prepared and delicious. I enjoyed sampling the 4 different types of horseradish that came with it. The broccoli side dish was pretty unimaginative though although the mashed potatoes were delicious.
