    The restaurant has truly gone down. It use to be one of my favorites. It was my Son's 18th birthday. The food was not like it use to be. My Son's gf is allergic to shrimp we let them know ahead of time nobody ordered shrimp to prevent any mishaps. The chef still slapped shrimp on the grill them when we reminded him he whipped the spatula off as if that was going to solve the problem. Also the dinner was super rushed. The brought us to go plates and our bills relatively quick. This was a horrible experience and my family or myself will not be returning again.

    Love love this restaurant everything about it they definitely take care of you the manager is amazing always accommodating and the best chef is Nino he is truly amazing!!! Would highly recommend anyone to go here !!

    Terrible! I will never visit again! They need to be shut down! I had about 7-10 Gnats floating in my cup of Ice Water, the floors were sticky and nasty, food all underneath the tables, and leather peeling from the chairs! DISGUSTING!!! I use to eat there often.. This is such a disgrace! Unsafe and Unsanitary!

    Nino was a great chef! We enjoyed having the whole hibachi table to ourselves! No other folks around us, so we were really happy! We did dine at 530pm though! Lol. Our hostess/server was so kind and sweet...she went above and beyond! Sushi and edamame were delicious too! Ample parking, in case you are wondering.

    Cook was horrible. Flipped raw chicken and shrimp then tried to serve me rice. Refused to eat and got a refund. This was the worst experience ever.

    Despite having a reservation for 7pm, our group had to wait an hour and a half before we were seated and the second half of our group was served 45 minutes after the first half. I do not recommend going here. Skip it and go to Nakato which honors their reservation times and serves an entire party at the same time.

    My dining experience on this day was great as it has always been in the past.. I’ve been dining with the since 2011.. However, on 8/5/23 it was TERRIBLE! I may never dine here again.. As I waited for a table, I decided to have a drink at the bar. I was offered a glass of water while waiting for my appetizer. I had to fight with gnats! They were trying to take my lemon! When I looked at my glass I had about 7-8 gnats floating in my water! I got up and was offered to sit in another section until my table was ready and the floor underneath the table was full of food and so was the chair! I was so disappointed that I canceled my table.. I left in such disguise that I would never recommend this place again until they clean up and start to care about their establishment. Over the course of my visits, I’ve noticed the faux leather chairs unraveling and their also not high enough for the Hibachi Tables.. Unsanitary conditions have me wanting to call a health inspector.

    We had a group of 11 and 3 of them were birthdays. When we sat down they immediately brought soup and salad before even taking our drink order. They took our drink order and meal order at the same time saying it would take a long time to prepare the meal. It felt like they were rushing us through our dinner as if trying to get another table in. They came out singing and bringing our birthday dessert before we had our dinner. They were still cooking our meal and had not passed out the entrée when dessert came. The food was good as usual but I don't think I would be back due to the manager's service.

    This place needs a major update, renovation something. The bathroom was dirty. The floors were sticky. The food was fine - nothing special. Chef was nice. Just won’t be running back. Free easy parking. Very very fast and maybe a bit rushed.

    This place has gone down. the floors were so dirty and slippery an employee slipped and fell on their back. The experience is so like animals at a troth that its not enjoyable any longer. The food is always tasty though. Which is why my kids keep requesting to go, but i cringe every time they ask.

    My boyfriend and I come here all the time and it just wasn’t good for some reason this time. The veggies were hardly cooked. Our cook seemed like he was in a rush and they were rushing to get us out of the hibachi area for the next group to come in. Seems like people at our table got more food than us. We always have left overs and leave the place stuffed but we actually left hungry. Our waiter never brought out our alcoholic beverages and we had to ask several times.

    Our server was ver attentive fmright to the with a birthday drum. The lobster sushi was very good, seafood on the hibachi grill was fresh as was the salmon. Vegetable were plentiful

    Overall, the restaurant was not clean. The food was good but considering how worn down the restaurant was and how dirty it was, we left feeling disappointed. The staff was friendly but they were also clearly understaffed. The floors were sticky, food out on the bar waiting to be cleaned up and trash on the floor.

    Don’t go there on Saturday. The chef was lame and service lacked enthusiasm. We were rushed through our dinner and pushed out as quickly as possible. Totally different experience than we have had during the weekdays.

    We got their for our reservation and waited 45 minutes to be seated. 45 minutes for chef to start cooking and they forgot my daughters birthday after being reminded twice. Brought the bill and still didn’t do birthday after we paid

    We were seated immediately, which was great. The food was good (except that my expensive filet mignon was overcooked…I ordered medium rare…it was medium well at best…not the tender deliciousness you expect when you order medium rare filet). Clearly, the staff had been instructed to get us in and out asap (New Year’s Eve). I get that you want to make money, but it shouldn’t be at the expense of your customer’s experience. That reduces your return business, and how does that help you? I’ll never return or recommend this restaurant. It was literally comical the way we were blatantly and rudely rushed through dinner. There wasn’t the usual “show” that you expect from a hibachi dinner. Two seconds of a weak onion volcano was about it. I’m not a child who requires entertainment, but it’s all part of the experience we paid over $100 for on NYE. The time from placing our order to the not-so-subtle “please leave” vibe was less than 20 minutes. Within TWO MINUTES of the chef rolling his cart away, we had a girl asking if we needed To-Go boxes. I just looked at her confused thinking “well, I’d like an opportunity to eat SOME of it first if you don’t mind”. The rest of the very short evening was more of that. Not a great experience. Very disappointing.

    They were under staffed with chefs. I received my sushi dinner 20 minutes before the chef arrived to cook for the rest of my party. The shrimp tasted weird I got sick on my way home.

    We had a wonderful hibachi experience! Even though the restaurant was busy (it was Christmas day) the service and food was excellent. The chef really put on a show for everyone! I can't wait to go back.

    This is the third time we have dined here for Christmas and unfortunately, it will be our last. They nickel and dimed us. We already had to pay full dinner prices at lunch time, even for the kids but then they also added a $3 up charge for each of us, because we did NOT want mushrooms. So, taking one ingredient away cost us $12!!! The server was terrible too. Couldn’t get the drinks right and made things confusing for the chef. I felt bad that she was working Christmas, but disappointed that she did so poorly.

    I went here over the weekend to celebrate my birthday and was really excited to try them out. Upon arriving for a 7pm reservation we were told to have a seat and wait to be seated at a table. We did so and were seated around 7:10p. We got to the table and literally waited a full hour before the chef even came out. Our waitress was extremely slow and nonchalant. She forgot several drinks and appetizers during our visit and lacked a sense of urgency and Interest for customer needs. She also messed up half the checks in our party. While I looked forward to the staff singing me happy birthday (because I noted it was a birthday dinner), for whatever reason it just didn’t happen. My family and friends made dinner as amazing as it was, I’d like to say Taki’s staff and service did not live up to the occasion. The manager/host guy is ALWAYS flustered, rude and running around like a chicken with its head cut off. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or what, but this place has so much potential if staffing and service were better.

    Our steak selections were over cooked. My wife’s “Filet” was most likely a sirloin. Our chef was not entertaining at all, simply made our food and off he went… For what we paid for our meal, it was extremely disappointing.

    The food was salty. And we were seated late despite having a reservation. The guy at the front seemed like he was too rushed to care to ask about reservations or names. And we were all smushed into one table with barely enough space to eat.

    We ordered filet, and we paid for filet, however, the steak they served us was definitely NOT filet. It was probably a strip sirloin. They also charged an extra $8 for my 5 year old to share some food off my plate. The experience was pretty disappointing.
