Great food, service was professional. Live music was nice. Overall noise level(minus live music) was too loud. Difficultly holding conversations. Overall, I will return. I still had a great experience.

One of my favorite spots that you can always count on for a really good meal and a great glass of wine - not to mention the cheese plate!

My husband and I had been meaning to dine at Tallulah and we very much enjoyed our experience. The wine list was nice, the food was perfectly prepared and delicious, and the service was excellent. We enjoyed the elegant but cozy ambience. We will be back for sure.

Our waitress was great and attentive. My husband got the rack of lamb and I got the scallop special. I am normally not the biggest fan of lamb but his dish was delicious. My scallop dish was good as well, but I would probably try something else during our next visit. Oh and the octopus appetizer was excellent! Great flavors and the octopus was very tender. We will be back again!

Good food. Service was slow, but OK. Noise level is way too high. Impossible to have a conversation with a person just next to you, without yelling. For that reason alone, I will not go back to the restaurant. Location is great and food tasty, but who wants to be with friends or business partners without being able to talk around the dinner table ....
Due to the noise it was not a pleasant experience. Owner needs t think of a solution Acoustic Ceiling or something creative ...

My wife and I came here for an early dinner (6 pm) and were impressed with the minimalist decor. Happy hour had not ended yet and the bar was crowded and energetic, right next to our table. We weren't able to have a conversation due to the noise which never died down throughout the meal.

On the other hand, my meal was fantastic. I had the Michigan rack of lamb which was cooked perfectly. My wife had a special, scallop crudo with truffle pasta. The scallops were delicious, but the pasta lacked any taste of truffle. In general, the only flavoring was butter on the pasta. We brought it up with our waiter and a chef came to our table to apologize and add some truffle shavings. Great service!

Wine was delicious as well. We had a bottle of Cotes du Rhone Syrah that was a perfect red table wine.

All in all, a good experience but will request a table away from the bar next time.

Fantastic service!! Knowledgeable and very helpful. Notably better than other similar restaurants in this region.
Great cheese plate. Flavorful choices.
Pasta was as good as I have had. Simply delicious.
Salmon and pork entrees were perfect and very well liked.
Even the bread and butter were memorable and too good.
We have been back a few time in the past few weeks and the impressions are sustainable

This is our "go to" spot when we travel to Detroit for a concert, shopping, or a sporting event. My wife and I have been here many times, even though we live in Toledo. Great food, service, and ambiance is what keeps bringing us back. One of the best restaurants in the Metro Detroit area!
