Service was terrible. We waited over 30 minutes for our drinks and the food was served at the same time. The chef was great and food was good but our server was having a bad night, scowling at people and slamming things on the table. She only came back to take away the dishes. We watched the table right beside us having great service and having a great time and were really disappointed. We have been a couple of times and were really looking forward to our dinner. The way we were treated we wont be back.

A fun evening. The food was good but we went more for the experience which was lots of fun for families looking for a different dining experience. The food was nothing memorable but the evening was very enjoyable and the service was efficient although also nothing memorable.

Gluten free full meal! Every year we come to Whistler and I have to order sushi instead of partaking in the hibachi that everyone else has. This year I learned that they will make a complete meal for me, totally gluten free, in the back! I had the salad with an alternate dressing, had to skip the miso soup (no biggie), and enjoyed a steak meal complete with veggies and bean sprouts and a bowl of rice, and all the tamari and ginger I wanted. Highly recommend! Our waitress took great care of me. Reservations a must! 100% worth it. Very entertaining!

Family reunion. Ski party. We enjoyed our meal but the food was not plentifully. The shrimp were undercooked but I tried my daughters steak and it was perfectly done. The cool was charming and entertained the table. Overall it was good.

Food was OK, the cook was cool and entertainibg. Other than that, personnel is very stressed, as they need to serve you all food and drinks ordered within an hour. Noise level is over the top. No wardrobe available, you will smell like fries after dinner. There are better options in Whistler.

Standard dropped a lot compared our last visit 7 years ago, foods too salty nothing taste good. Even simple garlic fried rice wasn’t fried on the spot, chef seems to be rushing through the cooking.

Food was bland. Seafood was not fresh. Table was not very clean. Seating was crammed, elbow to elbow. Feels like a timed event, once you sit down, things are rushed through like a routine. This was a good place many years ago. We've been back every year for many years now. Will unlikely come back next year.

We were on vacation in Whistler and we thought we would give Teppan Village a try. We were not disappointed. The food was fresh and tasty. The service was excellent and our hibachi chef was engaging and energetic. For a family of four with a pickieish eater it was thoroughly entertaining and enjoyable.

Very good meal. Both our server and the chef were excellent. We also have a multiple food allergy family member and they handled that well. We’ve been here before and a very likely to return on our next trip, it’s a favorite of our group.

Teppan cooking is always a good time. we got there for opening so it was quiet for most of our meal but lots of families with kids came in near the end so it did get quite noisy.

This place is OK! I’ve been to better teppanyaki places. Steamed rice is standard 3 out of 10 the garlic rice was made in the kitchen not the grill. The chicken and steak was a 7 out of 10. The chef was nice but limited skills compared to other places.
