It was closed!!!! How did it allow me to book the table if the restaurant is closed?

As always a delicious dinner at one of our favourite restaurants before the CV19 shutdown. Much praise to the staff for great service through these tough times. The ravioli is sublime, the pasta e fagioli is amazing. Chocolate bomb for dessert with a nice double shot americano. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Food and service were great, but one heater to share for an entire patio when it's -1 degrees C?!

Food and wine was great! However, I was a bit surprised that there were no heaters.
Also, my friend and I weren’t impressed by the service. He (I don’t remember his name- tall, brown hair) never filled up our wine glasses. When my friend asked for some type of dip or anything for the calamari, he was fairly stern and said ‘no, this is the way we serve our calamari’. Even when my friend said she’d pay extra for something, he offered no other suggestions or recommendations, he again said ‘no, this is the way it’s served’.
We were definitely put off by that, as it wasn’t the answer that was given to us, it was the way he delivered it. It definitely made us uncomfortable. Lastly, what really upset us was after he cleared our dishes (and still had almost full wine glasses) he said ‘I’m assuming the host didn’t tell you, but you have a time limit. So I don’t know if you’ll want to get dessert’. We told him no, we didn’t know we had a time limit, and when we asked when we had to leave, he quickly responded with ‘pretty much now’.
We then decided we didn’t want to rush dessert, and definitely didn’t want to give the server any more of our money, so we said we’d take the bill and he said ‘Great!’ And literally ran to grab our bill, and didn’t even ask us if he wanted it split.
My friend and I worked in hospitality for most of our lives, and we’re totally unimpressed by this server.
Definitely coming back to Terroni, but NOT this location. Will visit the Queen location next time.

Never fails. Terroni’s is by far one of my favourites in the city. Service and food top notch. Outdoors because of CV19 and the ambience was relaxing. We were “covered” but CV19 protocols followed. Pasta was plentiful, divine. Can’t wait for indoor dining to open. The interior looks beautiful.

Great Food, service was slow with only 3 tables seated in the entire patio. As we were seated outdoors there were umbrellas but the heating lamps were all off in 8 degree weather, our food was cold in minutes.

We hadn’t been greeted by our waiter for about 25-30 minutes after arriving to our reservation and had to flag him down for service. Food was good, and drinks too.
There were also several mice running around the patio which was a little off putting.

The food was very good and hot considering the cold temperatures on the patio. Sever was pleasant but not particularly engaged at our table. There was only one patio heater. This should have been advertised so that we could bring blankets. One major deterrent was the number of mice running around all evening between the tables. Also in terms of ambiance, no music was playing audibly. Great food as usual but the patio experience was sub par. I expected more from such a great chain of restaurants.

Food is always amazing but we just discovered the hidden gem of a back patio! Cozy with the heaters on, blocked on all sides from wind, we were able to enjoy our meal mid October with no jackets!

Fantastic food and a very nice ambiance! I highly recommend the tiramisu for dessert. This is one of my all-time favourites for Italian food:) Enjoy!

Excellent service! All the food came super fast and the dishes were delicious! Manager was kind enough to check on everything and our server was fantastic :)

Our server got our order wrong 3 times!! (Spanish sever wearing a pink sweater.) We ordered the white pizza as an app and it was served cold. The olive app bread was dissappointing as the bread sticks were small & served hard as a rock. The pasta dishes were also warm when served none of our food was hot. We didnt want to complain a 4th time to the server. He forgot our utensils and water. We still enjoyed the company of our friends but also told them it was my bestfriends birthday in the reservation online and in person nothing was celebrated. Terrible experience for a 160 dollar bill. Wont return.

Amazing!! Came here for my birthday party, all the staff was exceptional friendly and kind. They were super fast and the atmosphere was to die for. Definitely will be coming again

Beautiful patio on the last warm night of the summer. Wonderful attentive service. Delish food and drink. Even a mouse joined us for dessert.

I have been to Terroni Adelaide close to a dozen times. Staff, food and ambiance are always close to perfect.
We sat at the patio first however, there were two mice hopping under tables and they came close to my comfort under our table. We asked to move inside.
It appears that this is a common occurrence on the patio as staff were aware of them !!

Ambiance really struggling g without a full restaurant. Service was slow and inattentive. Dishes not cleared and we’re left to pile on table. Pasta was slightly too el denté and was overall pretty unimpressive for how much hype this place gets.
