Love Terroni on Queen. Great food. Great service. First time sitting on the patio. It was the perfect girl's night out!
Really crowded dining area, pretty like the sweet waitress until she forgot the drink she recommended to my friend; and told me it happened sometimes and acted like nothing serious when it comes to the closed/dead mussel in my seafood spaghetti.
Terroni is definitely on our go-to list for dates and special occasions! Love that they offer a gluten friendly menu as well.
They do not do reservations. It is first come first serve
Our waitress was not welcoming and it made the whole experience unpleasant. I was quite disappointed!
Have been here before but the food has taken quite a dive - both pasta dishes were dry, barely any sauce at all. bolognese was bland and not at all inspiring (I actually make a better sauce to be honest and I'm not Italian)!
Pizza was likely the best item to order. Salads bland. who brings bread but no balsamic with the olive oil??? Who does caprese without balsamic???
Dessert was the BOMB - the only thing I will ever return to Terroni's for would be great coffee and awesome desserts.
Excellent service - great, attentive waitstaff that was very knowledgeable.
Food was delicious. Service was attentive and helpful. A great dining experience. Would not hesitate to return again when I am in town.
We ordered the fried calamari to start .....delicious
We ordered the terroni sour........delicious
No apperol (apparently a city shortage)
We shared a pizza ......delicious (hated it was uncut)
Waiter was very sweet
Sat on the patio (really cute, a tad annoying hearing the beeping or delivery trucks nearby)
But so cute
Patio is beautiful. Great selection of wines; all from Italy and not available at the LCBO. But be prepared to pay. Daily specials are great. Pizzas are always good - get ready for cheesy goodness. Pastas are great. Must try the funghi (mushrooms) appetizer or their beet salad.
Susumaniello from puglia is a pretty good choice we had tonight.
Alert the staff of any food allergies.
Anything on the grill is good.
I had the Sunday special carbonara. Was extremely disappointed in both portion size and presentation, especially compared to other dishes I saw at other tables. It looked like a bowl of plain pasta, no garnish and for almost $20. Def won’t be going back for pasta, sad because it’s a beautiful restaurant with an awesome patio
they didn't have a basic funghi pasta like nervosa or tosto has - my veggie girl wasn't happy with the basic tomato pasta
Favourite spot in the city. Always delicious, beautiful backyard patio and friendly staff.
Patio is super romantic , Sebastian our server was attentive and really knowledgeable:) thanks terronis!!!!
7 of us went for dinner Friday evening. Our waitress was so attentive and lovely. She made us comfortable and served the meal paced beautifully!
The food was delicious, and we chose a wonderful wine. The entire party enjoyed themselves. It was a great evening.
All of the Terroni restaurants are consistently great, particularly my favourite location on Queen West!
My son is a bit picky about foods but he loved the food.
Excellent as always!
It was a delicious meal - the tagliatelle with sausage and mushrooms was one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had
Good Morning: the reservation system was so well organized. I enjoyed the Monday night pasta special. My partner had the seafood(fruit de mar) pasta. It had one shrimp some clams and limited seafood. Compared to other restaurants , seafood was limited. Plenty of pasta. Thank you
Food was absolutely delicious!! Small portions though. They sat us upstairs which was quite empty. We would have preferred the downstairs lively spot on a Saturday evening but it looked like that was available for others. There was only one server upstairs, which took a very long time for just the basic water, while I was coughing up a storm. We dined quickly and left since there wasn’t much of an atmosphere upstairs.
Very noisy, NO! parking, pasta was undercooked, Very little value for the for the amount of money paid. All in all quite disappointing. No reflection on our server, she was quite helpful.
Pizza was very good and authentic. Good size for one or to share with a salad. Many varieties to choose from. The Nutella fritters were a special treat. Looking forward to returning soon.
I have been coming to Terroni’s for over 15 years. It was once greet and is now very expensive for what you get. While the food is fine, it’s overpriced and no longer worth the cost. It was once a go-to restaurant but sadly is no longer what it once was. Probably won’t return.
Second time eating at Terroni and the food was not anywhere as good. Very disappointed in the food and service.
We loved the food. It was very flavourful.
The wine the waiter suggested was quite good.
I had him write it down so I can try to find it at the lcbo.
The only complaint I have is that it was very loud.
Food was quite good, service was quite poor. Pre ordered a surprise birthday dessert that never showed up, as it was a surprise I didn’t want to ask my server in front of my partner as he would know.
Not pictured was bread which was super fluffy and great paired with terrible quality olive oil that stung both our throats.
Pictured are the Nizzarda salad, super delish good combos and generous with inredients! We loved pasta so we got two, the bolognese tagiatelle had extremely soft pasta but tasty sauce, whilst the spaghetti al limone’s pasta was too hard, not as lemony (could have used more zest) and sauce was stuck at the bottom of the plate. Really a dish with only carbs (spaghetti) and cheese, nothing more, kinda plain and boring although tasty.
Pricy would be another word. Spent 66 before tips and honestly didn’t really deserve it. Shouldn’t have came here for a birthday meal.
excellent service, a toronto mainstay restaurant that is always great
The patio here is awesome! Our waitress was amazing and helped us pick the perfect bottle of red.
I have been to Terroni before and so, I decided to book them for a special family occasion. The waiter arrived at our table rolling his eyes about the day he had. He seemed pleasant but after taking our order, barely checked in with us. I asked for cheese with my pasta (not because I wanted cheese, but because it was lacking flavour) and I was told I couldn't have it because this dish didn't require it. I started laughing because I thought it was a joke. Apparently it is not. He then just walked away. My feeling is that this restaurant has taken itself far too seriously! When the end of our meal arrived, he took the plates. My daughter ordered pizza and couldn't finish it so asked for a take-away container. He took the plates, stacked them on top of the food, and then brought the pizza back (after it was under other plates) and gave it to us and then walked away.
I was shocked and very surprised. There are too many restaurants in Toronto to be returning to this one. Poor service, mediocre food quality. Generally, very disappointing. Won't return.
Amazing food and great customer service! Would recommend for sure!
The best pasta and pizza in the city. I’ve been going to the Queen location for many years. Our kids love it as well. Great for date night or for family.
Father's day dinner. Felt like the kitchen was overwhelmed. Food was not upto the usual quality of Terroni. It’s to be expected from any restaurant but was a distinctly mediocre showing on this occasion.
I just returned from Italy and this is real Italian food. One of my favourite Italian restaurants in Toronto. Run, don't walk!
Dinner at Terroni is always great. The service was great, food was really really good (as usual) and I would recommend Terroni to all Italian food loving people
excellent food just like the other terronis, ambience is a bit of a mish mash
Great food as you would expect from Terroni. Service was lacking this time around with the waiter seeming to forget about us numerous times. Service was slow and not super helpful. Food is amazing and had something for everyone at the table.
As always the food was amazing and reasonably priced. We have been here several times, but the last two visits we were served by the same server, Shannon. Unfortunately both times on our birthdays. She is incredibly rude and dry. We watched her scold another server for sitting us at a 6-8 table when we were just a group of 5, immediately after telling us it was “no problem at all”. When asked if she could bring out a dessert with a candle for the birthday girl she replied with “we dont give away free desserts”. Not once had we asked or expected this. When she reached over to place our meal down I reached over to grab the plate as the table was large and she immediately pulled back and said “I will do it”. She has a way of making you feel stupid even when asking about something on the menu as we do not speak Italian. The eyerolls are out of hand. We will definitely be back, just not in Shannons section.
Good time. Tasty food
