Not their best performance on a Monday night. Our server never asked us for any special cuts of meat like they have done on every other visit. When I did put in special requests the Gauchos skipped our table, not sure why. Also, there was a lot of Medium Well or Well done meats offered. The manager was not seen much in the dining room as he was almost always behind the bar hanging out. Not the experience we expected since we were there just 3 weeks prior and it was excellent.

Made a reservation, didn’t get my table to an hour later which is ridiculous. The hosts was a really person ever.

Amazing food for a reasonable price. The sides they bring out could be bigger. One tiny side of mashed potatoes was only enough for maybe 2 people. Not 6 which is how many at the table. The other 2 sides were just as small. But everything else was great.

The food was great but it's set up like a buffet, so there's a base charge. Wish I had known. Not a fan of buffets and I didn't eat nearly enough to justify that base charge. Would only do take out here.

The ambience was very awesome, brung my wife for bday last year and she loved it; but the second time we both were very disappointed, again the ambience was awesome but our waiter didn't listen too our request, the bartender didn't make our drinks correctly our side dishes were cold, then meat got cold waiting for warm side dishes, our waiter still wasn't attentive for the 3 hours we were there. The Manager and a random employee sung happy bday with a plate that said happy bday but, no name, no one bother to ask my wife what is her name, very awkward. Finally my wife gave the Management a piece of her mind respectably though. They discounted the drink and food, plus, two coupons they took back,(petty); they apologized, but too little, too late.

We have been to several different Texas De Brazil’s before and this one wasn’t up to their standards. First the restrooms were absolutely filthy! Second the only plate we received was our salad plate so we had no room for our meat. Also the waiter spilled water all over our table of six guests, he apologized and then went to fill another glass and did it again. We did not have the opportunity to see all the different choices and had to ask for the lamp chops and then never got any. Just not a fantastic experience as the Ann Arbor location is or the Las Vegas location. Very disappointed.
