   Quality of the meat has gone DOWNHILL, very fatty and a lot of gristle. Ice cold mashed potatoes and cheese bread. Slow service (15 minutes to get our beverages). All for low price of $57 per person. No thanks, this is the last time for me and won’t go back.

   It had been 4 or 5 years ago that I dined at Texas de Brazil, so expected the same quality but found that the quality had declined. Over salty poor cuts of meat. Salad bar was even less impressive. Was not impressed. My waitress was great and made sure we were attended to.

   It is a hit or miss at this location, we had reservations and were sat immediately, this was my 12 year old daughter's first time here, we went off the suggestion from our waiter for the drinks, my wife had something which was supposed to be a Cosmo, which was not remotely close to a cosmo, my friend had a Miller Lite, which was room temperature warm, my beverage was fine. All of my previous trips the waiter asks what types of meet do we like and how do we like it cooked, this was omitted as an option, I had to ask after 20 minutes if we could have the mashed potatoes, fried bananas and rolls, I felt like they just forgot, the waiter did bring it over only after I asked. There was litteraly only 6 tables of customers and our Waiter did not seem.very attentive to us, we had plates piled on the table waiting to be removed, and we were all out of beverages for about 20 minutes while eating, the staff did come around alot which was great however we were not interested in most of the meats, the Beef Ribs which are a favorite of ours came around several times, but they were very dry, the filet mignon had a off flavor, none of the food which came out was medium wellness, the meats all looked well done and outside scorched ( blackened) What amazed.me was that with the minimum amount of customers the manager never came by to check on any of the tables. I will give the waiter some credit as he did not charge my wife for here Cosmo, but that was only because he said he overheard my dissatisfaction in it. We did have deserts and coffee which was fine, but this is not the type of experience we have come to expect from Texas De Brazil, for a $400.00 plus bill the quality and service was not to par. I will need to evaluate our family night out dinners and possibly find some better options in the future.

   The experience was good, but the food could’ve been a little better and more choices with the sides dishes. Had to wait 20 to 30 minutes just for the server to come around each time to service meat.

   The waitress did not tell us that lamb chops were not on the menu as they were in the past. (This was the first time we've been there since the pandemic ) We waited for them and finally asked and they said, you have to pay extra for those, which we did but then had to wait for them to be cooked. I think people should be told at the beginning that they are an option to be purchased. The lobster bisque was not put out until we were halfway through our meal. The manager went around to the tables and said the lobster bisque is out now. We were not given our mashed potatoes until again, halfway through our meal. Our waitress kept checking and said they are not ready yet and apologized when she did finally bring them. Clearly, they did not have enough staff to serve the meats because we had to wait quite a while for them to come to our table and a couple times the server went to the table next to us and never came to our table. The salad bar was very good except for no lobster bisque and the meats were very good, as well.

    They barely came over to us with meat. A lot of the meat was either rare or well done. A lot of stuff came to us cold.

    My husband has wanted to try this place out for awhile, so for his 40th birthday, we gave it a go. The food was fantastic! He hasn't stopped raving about it for 2 days and is eager to go back. The buffet has some delicious options to go along with endless amounts of amazing meats. Wouldn't take my kids - but worth the cost for us, as meat eaters :)

    This was my 3rd time there, we got our salad bar and meat started coming right away 30 mins later we asked for our sides we never got they brought us fries and the bananas- told us the mashed potatoes were out they were making more… okay it’s 445 when we got there and Mother’s Day! Why would they not be prepared… anyways 50 mins later we got The potatoes I had both my soda and water gone waiting For a refil for over 10 mins, then about 5 mins before we Left we got the bread basket! Meat was flowing good until 5 ish then it was like 1/2 the staff disappeared! There was one about every 5-10 mins! Very disappointed for a $186 bill!

    Almost all the meat was overcooked. I don't understand why you would wrap expensive meat in bacon. They also list about 12 meats and we saw only half of them going around. Our waiter seemed ok but the "Gauchos" seemed slow and pushing sausage. Salad bar is not labeled at all

    The food was great as always, meat carvers were super friendly better than ever befor. Waitress was tentative my only negative would be are drinks I had a Tito’s and tonic. It was undrinkable it had strait up vodka and I’m quite sure it was not Tito’s I had to keep pouring water in it my daughter had a mojito and it was the same and she never took more than one sip and our next guest had the speciality dink passion fruit the same. Usually we’d have a couple each but just couldn’t. So that would be given a zero 12-13 dollars a dink but not not right and I don’t know why. But the food was delicious

    The "salad" bar lacked salad toppings, it was mostly just lettuce and dressing. The charcuterie meats at the salad bar were only pork, no turkey. And the lobster bisque didn't have any lobster in it, and was very under seasoned.

    Great place to eat! Well worth the price for an outing for a special occasion. All the meats were superb and salad bar was excellent. It was a little noisy due to kitchen staff and many people there. Overall a good experience. We will be back

    As ALWAYS, the food and service were fantastic. Every server, manager, carver, and host are there to make sure you have a wonderful dinner and evening. Our favorites remain the same - flank steak, beef ribs, filet mignon, and the spicy sirloin is a wonderful taste adventure. Highly recommend the lobster bisque and balsamic that you'll find on the salad bar.

    I took my dad to celebrate his 60th birthday! He had never been before and really enjoyed this style of service! We have to travel over an hour to enjoy but we will both be back for sure! Their customer service matches their quality of food! Outstanding!

    As always.... fantastic! food is amazing, servers and carvers always amazing. Always very welcoming staff start to finish, great salad bar and wonderful meats. My husband is a huge fan of the fried bananas (they come with your dinner to cleanse your palate) while I always love the Brazilian cheese bread (also included). It's just a wonderful dinner experience all around!

    Was our first time coming here and we came on our anniversary..food was good but waiting on meat was way too long.. our waitress had to keep getting the men to come to our table.if ur on a time limit I wouldn't recommend. Took uslike 2 hours to eat waiting to get served with meat.

    Food was delicious! You definitely get your money’s worth! We celebrated a birthday and they comp’d one free dessert (our choice). Thankfully I wore a lose dress! We definitely walked out full and satisfied.

    Variety of meats were great as usual. Temperatures of meats were inconsistent. Items said to be medium rare were mostly well done or extremely rare, very few were actually medium rare…no consistency at all. Our primary server, Brittany (I think), was horrible. Can elaborate upon request, but she should NOT be a server here or anywhere else. Not even close to as good as our usual experience here.

    The servers just keep bringing delicious, succulent, hand carved servings of meat. IT IS AWESOME ! Make sure to go on an empty stomach as it is difficult to dine at Texas deBrazil without over-eating. Our main server was outstanding. Having frequented this chain at several locations I’ve found the servers to always be good, but on this occasion she was EXCELLENT. Will definitely revisit in the future.

    Definitely not as good as usual. Mangers are very good and understanding. One young lady meat server is always attentive and pleasant, a few probably need to be flipping burgers at mickey d's... and our server well although she is nice talks to customers like we are children telling us how, and what to do to order.

    We were there on a Tuesday night to celebrate our son’s birthday. Our server was fantastic. She was very attentive and full of suggestions. The food was excellent and we tried a little of everything. The atmosphere was great. The manager came by several times to check on us and see if everything was OK.
