Wonderful experience. Came on Valentine's Day and they were incredibly accommodating to our needs as we needed to catch a show in an hour. The server, Sarah, was professional and warm. She started our night off well and did an amazing job facilitating our table. Will definitely be coming back!

I have to admit that I was a little skeptical at first seeing some both good and bad reviews of the restaurant, but my wife and I were very pleasantly surprised. We went early on Valentine's day as we had to get to the hockey game. Food was delicious, came out quickly, and our server - wish I knew his name was absolutely fantastic. I ordered pizza, and it was delicious, but after I saw the seafood pasta, I will get it next time...these days most seafood pasts is made with horrible frozen seafood, but the dishes that I saw looked absolutely amazing. We will be back to Badali's very soon !

Delicious, authentic Italian cuisine. Love the gnocchi!! The service is always impeccable. All this at a fair price. We always dine here when we are in town for a game at the ACC.

Often stay in near by hotels and dine here on occasion. Food is solid, service is attentive but not polished (when my on table pepper mill was empty they grabbed one off an other occupied table served me pepper and then returned it, leaving the empty one, when my companion ordered the house white wine we were told bluntly it is terrible and served warm - may be true but felt like a high pressure up sale to a slightly more expensive wine) . Ambiance is on the loud side so if that bothers you take it into consideration. Over all a good spot for a casual dinner. I have also dined there with two gluten free members of my family and there were several good options for them.

Tried the Winterlicious menu and it was very disappointing. The chicken was dry, the pasta was soggy. The bread was cold (fridge cold).

The food was very disappointing. We were dining for winterlicous and maybe that affected the quality of the food. The portions were small, the food was bland and the waiter kept trying to push the most expensive wine. For dessert I got the Ricotta Fritters; they need to remove the 's' because it came with one fritter.

Server was very friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Food was nicely served and very tasty. Fresh bread was declicious. My spouse and I both had dessert, of which, their wasn't a crumb left on the plate. Would certainly return.

The service was impeccable and the place is very nice, but the food did not meet my expectations. I would have expected better taste in a restaurant of this caliber. Not a place I would recommend for the food, but maybe for the convenience and the service.

I have to say that it was rather underwhelming at Toronto prices. Our bill for 4 of us was over $200 but didn't feel that the meals were satisfying. While it's not a bad place, I wouldn't go back just because I know that I can get better Italian food elsewhere for the same price.

We went for dinner. Large Italian menu for selection with 3 additional specials to choose from. After we ordered the assistant server brought the bread, the poured oil & balsamic vinegar into one dish... which we would have preferred to pour our own into our own individual plates... we're not that impressed with sharing. There was a large crowd of what appeared to be an after work quick drink gang. Although they were in the next section of the restaurant they were loud, made it difficult for us to talk at our table. Meals were good, nice presentation a generous size serving. Not much of a dessert selection.

Great service and great food. Have been here a number of times and will continue to come here. Our group was going to the hockey game afterwards, and our server ensured we were out on a timely manner.

This is a great restaurant. Recommend if you are looking for a warm, family feel restaurant (that is actually quite large!). Pictures make it seem a bit more "hip" but we still loved the food and our server was very pleasant!

There were 8 of us that got together for a Xmas get together. 6 of us were from out of town ( Thunder Bay & Sudbury) one couple local . So it was special . I immediately asked a young man to turn the background music down , we were there to talk !
We arrived at 6:30 so restaurant was not busy .3ordered the seafood special -scallops-my gosh if I had gotten that dish it would have gone back! An appetizer portion of three scallops for a $30.00 entree & it was served cold - Embarrassing!!!
The other 5 were happy , my rigatoni fed the three that ordered the special as well ( I’m a lite eater & I had a good portion ) The Blood Orange Sherbet was out of this world good ! My husband loved his burger. The ravioli was enjoyed by two .

Not so impressed with the pre fix dinner. Wish we could order from the menu or we could have gotten the pre fix menu ahead of time so we can have the option to go to other restaurants.

The servers came around very often, but that didn't guarantee the service being great. The water was filled often (Thank you!), but someone (not our server) took our bread and dip when we had 3 full slices uneaten without asking. And when we tried to ask him to bring it back, he didn't seem to have heard because he just looked at us, nodded, then continued to walk away with the bread. There were a few other times that he took away plates with food still on them or plates that we were keeping for sharing food that we needed to stop him and ask him to leave it.
The service wasn't bad, but I think they could have been more attentive to what we actually wanted instead of assumed what they thought we wanted.

Went here for a friends bday with a group of 8! The table and location was great (close to union) and they had balloons on the table when we arrived. The food was delicious! Will be recommending to friends looking for a place to eat in toronto. Thanks again
