    This place is magic. The tea service is amazing and the wait staff is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend adding on the flight of drinks as well as dining outdoors weather permitting. It was so quite and beautiful outside. I cannot recommend the tea service enough. Would definitely go back.

    Our high tea lunch was delicious! All four courses were tasty with a variety of sandwiches and pastries offered. The presentation was elegant and the waiter was gracious and made us feel special. We were able to eat at a table outside on the patio with a view of a charming little garden.

    A beautiful setting. The sandwiches, mini quiches with tarragon cream and ginger scone were delicious. I had a problem with the Earl Grey tea- it didn't taste like Earl Grey and seemed musty. My pot of tea was replaced with a different variety and it was OK but not outstanding. For a tea house, I am not impressed with the tea itself....but everything else was lovely.

    We had afternoon tea and it was really nice. The food was delicious and there was much more than we could eat in one sitting. We were able to bring home the food we didn’t eat. Impeccable servie from the staff. The view on the garden were also a highlight of the experience.

    A fabulous way to finish off our Butchart gardens visit. The service was very friendly and professionally done. The food was of high-calibre and the sandwiches lots of variety. We especially liked the choice of teas and you could have alcoholic drinks if you wanted off of their menu. We sat outside on the patio with a lovely view of the gardens. Definitely make a reservation. A must do experience ! The price point is also very very manageable

    Didn't realize that in addition to $47.50 high tea charge, there is an admittance charge of over $50 park fee so it ended up to be quite expensive. It was a lot of food but delicious. It was truly a great experience but we wouldn't do it again.

    It was our 39th wedding anniversary. It was perfect. The venue is spectacular overlooking the gardens. The waitress was so sweet and happy to serve us. The food was scrumptious. It was the highlight of our Victoria trip.

    Delicious!! and beautiful tea service, I enjoyed it completely. I would love it though if the Devonshire "style" cream could have been the real deal. It is so very simple to make and really, it is integral to an English cream tea.
