   I visit Capital Grill in other cities and they are awesome. For some reason, the Orlando ones cater to tourists instead of the locals. Thus they treat you like you are there for one time only. Table Next to the kitchen seating. Who wants to be looking at the cooks , noise galore, and spending 300 dollar for dinner. Food is average. The service was amazing though and David did a great job. Over all okay but not a match for the bill.

   The server team was phenomenal. We arrived at a table tastefully decorated for a small birthday celebration an a very personable birthday card. Service was impeccable as it usually is, and noise levels were perfect. The surprise birthday dessert was a very touching experience. We come to this location for all special celebrations and they never fail with their service. 10/10.

   For 10 years we have been celebrating our anniversary at Capitol Grill wherever we are in the country. This is the second time celebrating in Orlando since we retired here. They did not disappoint. Thank you for making all our anniversaries special!

    Overall customer service was exceptional; however, the main entrees of steak was less desirable. The steaks ordered medium well was very tuff and unseasoned. Sides ordered was good; unfortunately, sides with unacceptable entrees is a waste. This was my first time dining at this location and the level of food quality has always been phenomenal, but this was no my my experience at this location.

    Pablo was an outstanding server during our birthday dinner at Capital Grille. His friendly personality and attentive service made us feel right at home. He went above and beyond to help us pair wines with our dinners, and his recommendations were spot on. Pablo was also great conversation and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend asking for him as your server when dining at Capital Grille.

    Always a good steakhouse with great wine selection. The Capital Grill is consistent no matter where you go and this Orlando location was no exception. Steaks were prepared perfectly and sides were good. Great place for a date night or special occasion. It is on the pricier side, $56 for a filet, but so worth it.

    We were in Orlando for a volleyball tournament and staying at the Hyatt next door. You can’t go wrong ever with Cap Grill. The food was delicious and our server, Michele, was tremendous. Turns out he is a volleyball player and coach. He actually was going to be at the tournament the next day and he came to all three of our games. He gave advice and encouragement to the girls. It was absolutely amazing. This guy is a good soul.

    Exceptional establishment when you want that special dining experience. Justin did an amazing job as our waiter. Service was spot on, and he provided a special touch for my wife being this was her first time there. Would highly recommend.

    We made a reservation for a party of 7 at 8:45pm, when we arrived they told us there were not any available tables and we had to wait for half an hour more. The food was excellent, big portions but it took a while for food to arrive.

    Have dined here several times and it’s constantly good with the exception that they are usually backed up. Even with a reservation you should count on a 20-30 minute wait beyond an on time arrival.

    We sat at bar to dine which is our preference and the service during our meal was not was expected . Drinks took a long time to be ordered and we wanted to order a dessert but were ignored that we paid and left .
