Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     From the lunch menu my friend and I both had the wonderful steak “Cobb” salad at the bar. It looked so good to the guy who sat down next to us that he had to order one. Great lady bartenders.

    I frequent this restaurant. Very unusual but this experience the steaks were not as spectacular as they usually are. Cocktail was not prepared properly. Everything else was ok.

    Great porterhouse and ribeye steaks tonight. Also treated to a new side dish we really enjoyed. The service is always impeccable.

    I highly recommend! From the moment we walked into the Capital Grill to moment we left we experienced customer service and a culinary experience at it's best! The hostess, servers, chef(s) and management delivered an outstanding culinarily dining experience. Our server Maria was incredible! She and her team delivered a customer experience second to none. When I return next month to celebrate my friends birthday I will ask for Maria. I highly recommend the the Filet, grilled asparagus and mushrooms followed by the cheesecake for desert. Their craft cocktail drinks are also top notch. All I can say is if you want a truly superb dining experience visit the Capital Grill in King of Prussia and enjoy! You will not be disappointed.

    Another outstanding dinner at Capital Grille in KoP. Food, service, ambience, all outstanding. We were there celebrating my daughter’s birthday - our waiter, Scott, was tremendous and added to the enjoyment of the evening. Recommend highly.

    Capital Grille is one of our go-to spots for special occasions -- birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Although we had not gone there for quite some time, we knew what to expect and KOP did not disappoint. We shared the special bacon appetizer which was good. We had a caesar salad and beet/goat cheese salad, followed by steak and salmon. The salmon was a bit salty, but I honestly forgot to ask for no salt. It came with haricot verts which I do not recall seeing on the menu. One of us had sauteed spinach and a 1/2 order of au gratin potatoes. We did not know that 1/2 orders were do-able, at least on some sides. The birthday dessert was beautifully done. All in all, a great experience with Dana and her team. We will be back!
