    everyone from the valet, to the Host, to the waiter and the bus staff were top notch. kind and customer centric. food was terrific as well, but the staff pushed the experience over the top.

    My daughters (26 and 12) and I agree, best steak we've ever had. Lobster Bisque was spectacular and full of lobster. All the food was top shelf and our waiter John was great. Keep up the great work!

    Great service from the moment we got there, till the time we left. Started with the Stoli Doli and my friend who normally has bourbon straight up, ordered the Sidecar and enjoyed it very much. We were going to a show after so no appetizer. I had the roasted pear & Gorgonzola salad & she had the lobster bisque. We both ordered the sliced filet and added the blue cheese crust. Excellent and done to perfection. We also ordered the soy glazed Brussels sprouts with bacon. My friend finished her plate and I needed a doggy bag. They offered to hold on to it till after the show. And it was ready & waiting when I went to pick my car up from the valet. And could not of asked for better service!

    Wish they had smaller portion option in main dishes. All pretty large chunks of meat. We found ourselves staying away from main course selections because of the large sizes

    Great atmosphere lamb chops were superb was not a fan of the calamari too dry and not enough peppers for my taste. The waiter was friendly, quick service, and most of all I was able to find us mint jelly for the lamb chops. I will definitely be back.😀

    I've always had a good experience at this Capital Grille. Check in goes smoothly, service is friendly but not overwhelming. Wait staff can help you understand your options from food to wine. Food is consistently good. Prices are appropriate for this type of experience, not overly high. Location near Orpheum means it's my go-to place before a show.

    I made a reservation weeks in advance for my mother’s birthday dinner, party of four. I called to confirm an hour prior to arrival. When we arrived, the host attempted to bring us back to the table that wasn’t set yet and had to walk us back to the front entry from the dining area. Less than two minutes later a server advised that the table was ready so we walked back into the dining area. Extremely embarrassing.

    After a recent health scare I decided to create more memories with my son, who had never been to a finer dining experience due to his age. I let our amazing waiter Angel know we we’re having a gentlemen’s night out (we got dressed up, etc). He was amazing in making my 14 year-old son feel special and like a grown-up. It was an amazing evening my young man will never forget and I’m grateful.

    My birthday experience was wonderful the ambience is great the food was great that drinks was grave and only to make everyone around me with great laughter Diane is a server and she was the best I highly recommend anyone to go here on any occasion eating for lunch and they are the best and the stakes are the best

    Thank you to The Capital Grille for making our NYE celebration dinner one of the best we have had to date. The service from Loretta was above and beyond! She was patient in guiding us to a great bottle of wine and the perfect food. This place gets the details right and the food is always delicious. Please bring the tomahawk steak back as that is the steak that I still talk about and would get me back every time. But regardless…thank you for making our special night perfect!
