The food quality has diminished. We had to send our steak back . It was smothered in butter and over cooked. The tuna should not be on that menu or needs to be revisited. Service is always great.

We love the capital Grille. One of the people in our party got a steak with a caramelized sauce. The sauce was over caramelized and very sticky. On the first bite of her steak it pulled the crown loose from her tooth. The restaurant offered nothing as a concession for that happening.

Birthday lunch. From entry to exit we were treated very well. Lobster bisque was creamy. Caesar with grilled chicken and seared salmon with mango and avocado salad were both delicious. A special surprise treat was the dessert plate! Our server Zach was the best! Excellent!

We had a 9:15pm reservations, arrived very early. Patiently, we sat at the bar ordered drinks. Between the siting at the bar and waiting for our table the hostesses forgot about us. The bartender realized we had waited over the hour we initially informed her of. Bartender nicely went out of her way to remove herself and remind the front of our wait. Overall, the food was not as good a NYC. Told my hubbly it may be the quality of the cows lol

The Capital Grille is perfect. From welcome, to order, to food service, to additional manager welcome, and final thank you, interaction with staff is professional and warm and complete. Noting is left undone. Not this visit or all of our previous visits. At this pre theater lunch, someone is always there to keep our water filled, to ensure we are happy with what is before us. We are not meat eaters. No problem! The tuna served perfect- as we love it. Don’t like the sides? No problem! A beautiful and delicious side salad. There are loads of things on the lunch menu that are priced competitively with some other area restaurants. But Capital Grille outshines those places. This has become our very happy lunch place. And we understand there is now a pre theater menu; sounds like a new plan!

We had the best time celebrating my son's graduation from Thomas Jefferson University. Our server Janelle was absolutely amazing and really made our dining experience a memorable one. Will definitely be going back and would recommend highly.

A bit disappointed that my husbands steak was wrong when delivered to table. Not only did he not receive the steak ordered what was served was the overcooked based on desired temperature requested. He was served his correct order but ended up eating his steak about 15 minutes after the rest of us finished dining. It was nice that hr was served a complimentary glass of wine with his steak but gif as many meals as we have enjoyed at the Capital Grille overflow tbd years tin would have thought that he would have not charged for his steak. We dined at a competitor in town a few weeks ago and their was a mishap with an appetizer the restaurant ended up taking all four appetizers off the bill! I was disappointed management did not offer to do something similar last evening. I normal praise restaurants we dine at but last night we left a bit disappointed

We were there for lunch after daughter graduation. Server was friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The restaurant even brought Congratulations-desserts:) Overall an excellent choice. We will definitely return when visiting Philadelphia again.

As expected the food was terrific. Our waiter, René Condo was quite accommodating. He was aware we had a time issue as we were going to see a play and helped get us out of there in a expeditious fashion. He was very attentive. The meals were pricey as would be expected but of good quality and quantity. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Wonderful food, excellent service, terrific atmosphere. I actually could carry on an intimate conversation with my date. They were well aware of our need to be at the Kimmel Center for a performance, and did everything to accommodate our schedule. THE place to meet and dine in Philadelphia!
