   We celebrated our nephew’s birthday and you made him feel so special! Jade was amazing! She knew the nuances of the menu and helped us with our wine selection. She was very attentive, gracious and had a sense of humor. She went above and beyond! We had the best time!

    Consistently a first-rate experience no matter which Capital Grille we've visited. Attentive service, delicious meals with choice cuts of meat and generous portions. Wonderful night out on the restaurant's small outdoor patio with great people-watching, too.

    One of the best filets we've enjoyed in a long time. They were perfectly seared with a crisp edge on the exterior and a tender medium rare interior. All our sides and desserts were delicious. We particularly liked that the creamed spinach was not drowning in cream. If you wish for a quieter dining experience, you might request a table in the smaller room toward the front of the restaurant. Overall, it was a lovely dining experience.

    It's been several years since I've been to The Capital Grille at any location. This location was convenient for a business gathering for 5 people and it didn't disappoint -- food was fabulous and cooked as requested, service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was welcoming.     This was our first time at The Capital Grille. We combined Arizona Restaurant Week and my wife's birthday. I called ahead because my wife is using a walker and I wanted a table close to the entrance. Our table was perfect and our evening progressed well from there. Brooklin was our server. She was knowledgeable, professional and attentive. Our meal was excellent. The wedge salad was fresh and so crisp. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly medium. The salmon was delicious in the white wine sauce. The sides of mashed potatoes and creamed spinach were perfect accompaniments. Brooklin served my wife a delightful birthday dessert to top off a great evening. We will definitely return and ask for Brooklin. She was so pleasant and is a wonderful asset to your team.

    Kevin was incredibly professional and a tentative to our visit to Capital Grille. Staff who assisted him were equally outstanding to complete a most enjoyable dining experience which was on a very busy evening. Food was one of the best, tasty and superb accomplishment by Chef and staff. Welcoming crews were wonderful to complete a most enjoyable visit. Thank you, Capital Grille.

    Food and service were pretty much as expected. Seared sesame tuna was not as good as it has been in the past. Too salty and over-seasoned. Coconut cream pie was disappointing compared to what it used to be. Salads were good. Lunch menu is pretty limited. Good but not great.

    My husband and I just celebrated my birthday at the Capital Grille. Everything from start to finish was absolutely superb!     In three words, PERFECT, PERFECT, PERFECT. From the moment we passed through the doors and entered the restaurant it felt as if we became the most important people in the world. We were a party of six adults, a 3 year old and a 10 month old. Our table was set up beautifully with booster and high chair in place. The table setting along with the decor lets you know this is a special place where details and attentiveness is of considerable importance. Service was impeccable. They really want you to have every need and want attended to. So lets talk food. Again, Perfect, Perfect, Perfect. I had the Tomahawk Veal. Others had different types of steaks. All I can say is each one was perfectly cooked. Everybody took their first bites and sighs of ecstasy could be heard around the table. This was also a celebration of my grandsons graduation from High School. Without us even asking my grandson was brought a special dessert plate with “Congratulations “ written on it and a card as well. Cheese Cakes, and Flourless Chocolate Cakes for dessert. Each was amazing. This is a have to go to place for special celebrations, dates to impress, or self indulgence because you deserve it. Guess where we’re going for our Anniversary this June. Yep, Capital Grille.

    We went for restaurant week. We did have to request the menu, it was not given to us with the regular menu. The service was a little slow, but still amazing. Every course of the meal, was amazing. I was thrilled when my main course, salmon came out hot!!! Not room temperature or cold but hot, was definitely not hanging around the kitchen waiting for the other entree to finish cooking. The field green salad had an amazing dressing and both the flourless chocolate cake and cheesecake were to die for. There was a selection of breads served before and with dinner. Highly recommend trying this place, we went to the one near Biltmore in Phoenix. Plenty of free parking. Also recommend making a reservation. Had we not had one, not sure we would have gotten a table.

    We celebrated 2 birthdays last night We chose to use the Restaurant Week Menu....very nice choices.. Food was very good (steak was little overcooked) Fish was very good...sauce could use a little more spice. Mashed potatoes great and salads excellent. Our server, Chris was excellent and very knowledgable with wine and food choices. Thanks for a wonderful evening.

    Excellent entrees - we had the filet and lamb chops. Denise was an exceptional server! It was so nice of management to pay for dessert due to a delay in the preparation of our desserts. We had a very enjoyable evening!

    Well this was a Mother’s Day bust. Service was below expectations only because prior visits were exceptional. Had to sit outside due to crowd and the smell of the grease trap was unbearable. Felt bad for the moms who had to endure this.

    Server was intrusive with intro about digital drink and wine menu. Food was average and filet was overcooked and not medium rare . Coconut cream pie was 90% air and whipped cream with little coconut, crème filling or taste
