   Restaurant week- everything was fine and service was nice. Just not great. Too bad but normally we have better experiences. Seabass was under seasoned and not flaky, and filet was lacking flavor. Will go back but probably for lunch.

   Excellent meal at Capital Grille. We had Filet Mignon (medium rare) and Sea Bass plus drinks, salad and desert. Overall, my wife I thought the steak and sea bass were superior to that of Morton's were we had eaten just 4 weeks ago having the same dishes (my wife is a sea bass fan). We have now moved the ranking of Capital Grille above Morton's and Fleming. Also we wish to thank our waiter, Chris P. and his assistant Gabrielle for their excellent service and overall care that we would have the very best dining experience. Overall, highly, highly recommended.

   Went for Arizona Restaurant Week. Excellent, in all ways. Food, service, and the price. First time visit, we'll be back, especially after finding out they are open for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Josue did a nice job serving us. Keep him around. All restaurants should be like this. Nothing more to be said.

   Went there for our final restaurant week meal and the Capital Grill did not disappoint Eric Lewis and his team did an excellent job with our service and the steak we had was delicious and cooked to perfection! Highly recommended

    We’ve been eating at Capital Grille since it opened it the early 2000s. We’ve had multiple family events there and it was the first place we took our baby out of the house at 2 weeks old. Brian and his team always go above and beyond for their guests and make us feel like family. I highly recommend the restaurant and encourage anyone who wants a special dining experience to visit…you won’t be disappointed.

    It was Restaurant Week. The special menu was great and a very good deal. My sliced filet mignon with wild mushrooms melted in my mouth and was perfect. The cheesecake with berries was fluffy and creamy. The garden salad was a bit wilted and looked like it had spent the day prepped and sitting in the cooler. Butter for the nice warm rolls was rock hard. Minor criticisms since the star of the meal was outstanding! My husband and I walked out of there for under $200 (we each had a cocktail).

    One of our favorite restaurants in Scottsdale. Chef JoJo is fantastic ! Our waiter, Eric was also fabulous . It is always a treat to see and chat with Brian/Bryant one of the managers. He is kind and so personable. The food and service is stellar - every time.

    Made the reservation at capital Grille to take advantage of us for the week. We only had the choice of the bar or outside so we opted for the bar. For the most part, it was very noisy and hard to hear our friends. Services, very good but I found the steak, potatoes and spinach to not have a lot of taste and balance so I prefer either Preston’s or The Keg in our area for a really good steak. I would add that we took half our steaks home. The next night we added garlic butter sauce and it was great. The steak was super tender. It needed seasoning

    Unfortunately, it wasn’t great. Salad was overdressed and soggy. Creamed spinach tasted under seasoned. We g he ad two steaks “Oscar style “ and the crab was a little fishy and underwhelming.. not lump crab. The third steak in our party was severely undercooked. It’s too bad.     We have been to the Capital Grill a few times for lunch and dinner. We went on a Sunday 6pm with reservations for Restaurant Week. We were arbitrarily assigned to a patio seat in scorching heat and blinding sun. We asked to move inside and were refused. There were only 2 other parties sitting outside the whole time we were there. Service was ok and the food was good but the uncomfortable seating ruined the experience for me.

    This restaurant is the best and we had a lovely experience there. The food was amazing..perfectly cooked and so well presented. Everything was delicious..especially the filet mignon which was so tender, it practically melted in your mouth. Celebrated two graduations and to our surprise, both graduates each received a beautiful ‘congratulatory’ dessert with the word ‘congratulations’ written in chocolate on the plate. Best complimentary dessert ever! And then they took a photo of all the dinner guests at the table and presented the photo in a framed card to the graduates! How cool is that?! We will definitely be back for dinner again and from now on all our celebratory dinners will definitely be hosted at The Capital Grille. They truly went out of their way to make our evening very special. Thank you, Capital Grille-Scottsdale!

    The Capital Grille in Scottsdale always provides an impeccable, enjoyable dining experience. Their staff in general, and especially the wait staff, is top notch. Nice menu choices, and the ambience is elegant and classy. Food is always well-prepared. This is our favorite choice for ladies lunch in Scottsdale!     Food, service and everything else was above all other restaurants . The service made you feel very comfortable with being overpowering. The food was perfectly prepared and served hot, but not to a point it was too hot to eat, again, perfection. My only negative comment would be the noise level was a bit louder than I would expect from a restaurant of this caliber, but it was not at an annoying level. I will be back for future dining pleasures.

    All Capital Grilles are not created equally. This one is close to my elderly parents in Scottsdale. Well managed from start to finish! We were a 5 top and arrived for a late lunch. With both parents wearing hearing aids, a full restaurant is a bit overwhelming. I asked for a table out of the way on the Open Table rez and that is exactly what we got. Food was excellent. Service was amazing. Luis and team nailed it. Post-COVID has been very hard on hospitality. This GM HAS BUILT A FABULOUS TEAM from the Host stand to food runners. Well done!
