Groups of 9 or more are required to dine on our set "Experience" menu. Join us for a 4-course meal that will impress you and leave you satisfied. We start off our menu with Korean fried cauliflower and blistered shishito peppers. Following this comes our smoked bacon Caesar and salmon tartare. Next is our "Pitmaster Platter" which includes; brisket, burnt ends, St. Louis style pork ribs, pulled pork, cheddar jalapeno sausage, and fried chicken. Accompanied with collard greens, coleslaw, pickles and crispy french fries. Finally, we serve you a delicious dessert platter of brownie bites, banoffee pie, caramel popcorn, candied bananas and a drizzle of caramel.

Our first time here for a staff dinner. Did not even know this was 1.5 blocks from our office. Only a little sign out front above the door. Great ambiance and great food. Portions are huge. Service was a little dragged out but server even stated that and took a couple of items off the cost. Music was playing in the background but not loud enough that you could not her. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back again.

It was our first time there, and I'm upset I didn't know about this place sooner! The restaurant is run to very high standards which is great as a guest, and the food is absolutely fantastic. We went with the experience and it was perfect.

This is what a bbq restaurant should be. Awesome meat selection perfectly done. Large selection of wines and cocktails. This place is a must. And to top it off, the service team is amazing and very attentive

Our server was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and took a moment to explain the bourbon scene. Atmosphere was positive and a good amount of background noise without having to ever shout across the table. My friend and I shared the bourbon flight, shishito peppers, brisket, Mac and cheese, and the creole shrimp. What was unfortunate was we may have gotten sick from the shrimp… something affected us both so that was a bad after the fact experience to commiserate… especially when I love ordering take out or dining in. Will definitely return but will stick to the meats!

This place slaps! They let's us walk in with a group of 7bwith no reservations and the whole staff rushed around and moved mountains to get us a table. Fyi this was the third restaurant we tried in the area and nobody cared as much as you did. Thanks

When you come here, make sure you ask for recommendations. I would never think to order seafood at a BBQ restaurant, but it was the best choice I have ever made

The food was excellent, but the beer selection was limited. When we inquired about craft beer recommendations, one of the waiters had a rather brusque attitude, insisting that all beers on the menu were crafted, which was not accurate. We also noticed a lack of attentiveness; no one approached us to inquire about additional drinks, and when the plate of oysters arrived, there were no empty plates for the shells until we requested them. We arrived at around 5:30 when the restaurant was empty, but as more guests arrived, they were seated closely on both sides of us. Unfortunately, this proximity made it challenging to enjoy a private conversation as we could hear the discussions of nearby diners, even though other sections of the restaurant remained vacant.

Every time we visit from BC, we make a stop at Carbon Bar. Great bbq and steaks...don't forget to order the mac and cheese. Don't let the exterior fool you. It's a huge space with a lively atmosphere.

Was there with a group. We did the "experience plus" menu which includes a huge seafood platter. I'm not a seafood guy but wow, this looked beautiful and tasted as beautiful as ot looked. Service was on par and even the managers walking the floor came by to chat with us. To anyone reading this, don't pass on the Carbon Bar!!
