Great place overall. Amazing ribs! 10/10! Great drinks! They have a yummy Koran style deep fried cauliflower as appetizer and great oysters. Perfect hot sauce. Too bad they don’t sell it, but the manager can give you the recipe, if you ask nicely. Waiters could be friendlier, but fine. I celebrated my anniversary and they didn’t ask me about occasion. All and all, good and will come back.

We had an amazing night. Started as soon as we entered with welcoming hostess. Friendly servers and bartenders serving great cocktails and outstanding food. We'll be back and recommend to anyone who wants to spend a great time.

WOW NOW THIS IS BBQ. the pitmaster plater was to die for. The smoke ring on the brisket was unreal! They hare a large variety of bourbon and cocktails. Personally I loved the texus tea and raised by wolfs! We got to see these STUNNING seafood platers on some tables, I'll be back for that. Over all a great place for a date night or just an fun outing with friends. The service here was definitely some of the best I've seen. WOW WOW WOW!

Food was fantastic.. get the pit master platter. Mac and cheese was amazing, so much food for 2 people. The price was a little high but absolutely worth it for the quality you get. Our server was very nice and chill and checked on us the right amount of times. The hostesses were really sweet and helpful as well. Next time I will definitely try the experience.

We had a combined over $500 bill and felt completely ignored by our waiter. Often had to remind him about our missing drink orders or missing water. Main food orders took over hour and a half to arrive and noise levels were set at lounge levels which is not conducive to going out for dinner with friends and catching up. This is not a dance club and music levels should reflect that. Food is delicious and will stick to delivery in the future if I get the craving as I will not dine in anytime soon at this place again for reasons stated above.

It’s been a while since we last was at The Carbon Bar, certainly didn’t disappoint—slow start, lots of patrons & not enough bar staff. Took 20+ minutes to get a drink… our server was apologetic & overall did their best. The reviews are right on, food, ambiance & vibe, are all worth you checking this place out!

Grabbed a bite to eat before heading to a show at Massey Hall. Food was great as we had the 75dollar experience which is a 5 course meal. First 3 courses were fair size but wish we had more of the KFC bites. The main focus seemed to be the meat platter (4th course) the smoked brisket is excellent and a must try. Service was good. Our server was very knowledgeable when it came to the food and bar menu unfortunately we never did catch their name as it was never mentioned when greeting us at the table.

Great service! Gave us drinks and apps when there was mixup that delayed our food. Definitely coming back! Oh, and the food was good too. Korean cauliflower and the ribs were the highlights for me.

Slow service, it was Valentine’s Day but we were patient but still had to ask the server to check on our food. Given seat by the door with a table for 5 persons even though it was just us two. Food was pretty good but expect better for the prices. Nice ambience

I was a bit disappointed because it was not mentioned when I booked that there was a set menu. While I understand it was Valentine’s Day, I would have preferred notice of a $110 price fix menu. Also I have been several times before and the service was not to its usual standard.

I would not recommend for Valentine’s Day. I have eaten here before and the food was incredible. Food quality on this specific occasion was not up to standard. Time between courses was not consistent. Way too over priced for what amount was served.

Had an absolutely amazing time. We went for a friend's birthday and we were all so happy with our choice. The food portions were great and the staff were amazing. Those ribs were so juicy and delicious. I would go back in a heartbeat!

The atmosphere was nice and the food was decent, however the service was not that great. We ordered a beer and there were only 3 other tables there and it took almost 15 mins just to get our first beer. After that the server had no personality and we felt like we were an imposition to them every time. Probably wouldn’t go back.
