The Chase is our passion for casual elegance. Our rooftop restaurant highlights what we love most about upscale dining, and presents it in a modest, welcoming and thoughtful way. Our ongoing chase for the finest ingredients from around the world coupled with simple and uncomplicated flavours is the foundation for our culinary philosophy.     I really liked the restaurant and the food. My only comment is that I ordered the lobster roll with fries. It was good however, it was made with half shrimp and half lobster and not all lobster as it is described on the menu. Perhaps they ran out of lobster and used shrimp hoping the consumer wouldn't notice. I would have had a completely different answer had I been told up front. That's disappoining. Considering the restaurant is not cheap, I thought was sneaky.

    A beautiful interior restaurant but service and food is lacking. Was celebrating my anniversary and our server did not acknowledge it. Food took over 40mins to come despite an only 50% full dining room. Our server was not properly trained, did not introduce himself but just came to the table and dropped the menu on the table, fogot to give new fork when old one was taken away, failed to explain menu until asked, on at least 3 occasions we were looking for him to order food/drinks or ask for the bill, did not regularly check to make sure everything was ok. It almost felt like we were a burden to him and he did not want to serve us. To make matters worse, the food was not good and lacked favour. For the price and restaurant scale I had higher expectations. Started off with the foccacia bread which was salty and oily. The steak tartare was ok but nothing unique. I had the halibut with prawns as a main and the sauce was extremely salty but the halibut was not even seasoned with basic salt or pepper and was extremely bland. Despite letting the server know of my dissatisfaction with my food there was no proper compensation or acknowledgement. I am not sure if our server was new or having a bad night but I do not plan on going back to that restaurant any time soon. Brought issues to the manager and he was more interested in offering us a free drink which we refused and did not address the issue. Hopefully they take our feedback seriously because the restaurant has a lot of potential but there is a lot for improvement.

    Food and service never disappoints. The staff is attentive and adds a personal touch by acknowledging us as repeat customers. We always feel welcomed.

    We came here for our anniversary. Made reservations and asked for an intimate table. So glad we made that request as we had the best table in the entire place. Even other guests said that they wished they had our table! The food and service was amazing! I apologize for forgetting our server but she was very attentive and very kind. She gave us an anniversary dessert and it was lovely! We had the Mother of Pearls platter, the Halibut for our main and Brussel sprouts. All were very delicious! We will definitely come back!

    Thank you Chase my husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary yesterday and had an amazing meal. We purposely booked an early dinner for any noise problems and all good. Excellent food

    The veal chop that they have on the menu temporarily is excellent and hopefully after speaking with the major D, it will be a permanent item on the menu absolutely fantastic. My whole other family had fish and enjoyed it, especially the lobster pasta.
