   Food was AMAZING! Rich, delicious flavors. We especially enjoyed the Berkshire pork porterhouse, beef Wellington, and the mac and cheese. And the “After 8” mint chocolate baked Alaska is a show-stopper. Service was warm and attentive. Ambiance is comfortable and cozy with a lot of dark wood and the feel of an upscale English pub. Loved it and will definitely be back!

   If u really want to try beef Wellington and sticky toffee pudding, this is a place where u can able to find it in New York for a fine price point.

   We waited 30 minutes for the table, but the service was good, the staff did everything in time during dinner. The food is deliciously prepared, the oysters are a little sweet but very fresh. A little disliked that as a compliment for the fact that we waited long for the table brought a dish with meat, although I do not eat meat at all, the fence to ask about it. There's billiards, which is really fun and you want to stay and play, have fun. Overall the place is good and tasty food with good service, will come again.

    Good service and ambiance. Nice drink menu. Food was only fair and extremely overpriced for what it was. I might grab a drink at the bar in the future, as looked interesting, then go someplace else to eat.

    I love this place! Food, ambiance and service are great. 3rd time during the last 10 days. Beef Wellington, burger, shepherds pie, fish and chips all are great! Looking forward to my next visit!!

    Went for lunch 2 pm, they only served brunch menu, no lunch, nothing close to what Open Table features. Ordered salad with chicken on a side. A bottle of still water and my husband asked for a sparkling water. Brought huge 0.5L bottles each. The chicken was super dry, appeared to be warmed up not cooked. The water service was sluggish - with water spilled around the table. Overall just terrible. Like a cheap diner

    Great food...when hot. But they don't pay attention to online reservation request. I requested corner dining room with the green chair. I told that to the receptionist in front and she acknowledge that. But when they brought us to the table... they put us into the room I didn't request and put us at a table by a cold draft which made my entree cold fast and me unpleasant all night. Later I found out it was the AC and they could have turn it off. Like you guys didn't see us with our coats on and didn't wonder why? Come on......what kind of fine dining is this. Also we had to ask 3 waiters/captain for salt before we got any. Not acceptable. Food was great but front of the house was subpar.

    First, the positive things about our experience: The food was really good (still with Jason Atherton’s touch) Beef Wellington was a bit too raw for our taste but overall everything we ordered was tasty. Disappointing things: The hostess thought she was the queen of England trapped in the body of a hostess - she was very unwelcoming. The waiter and busboys needed a lot of training, they simply weren’t capable of serving in a restaurant like the Clocktower. They tried to take away the plates while we were still eating, reached over the table, filled the same glass with wine, when the 2nd glass was ordered, tried to push us out and gave us the feeling that they couldn’t get rid off us fast enough etc. So, we are most likely done with the Clocktower, but can’t wait to Jason Atherton opens his next US based restaurant preferable in Las Vegas.

    Service was great - never mind getting cut in line buy some people checking in. Peter was great and so was Sarah the server. The restaurant is honestly beautiful and such a cool vibe. It got line once a 10+ showed up for a birthday, my luck I guess. What I ordered was all just ok, but there was definitely some other things I knew I wanted, but didn't simply because I've never had beef wellington or a scotch egg. I'll probably never order another unless it's made by Gordon Ramsay himself. I'd come back.

    Staying at Edition Hotel and made reservation for Clock Tower. Got there at appointed time and host was less than welcoming - almost rude, actually. Says she couldn’t find reservation and even when I showed it to her on my app, she said “I’ll have to see what’s available.” We were do ally escorted to one of the rooms with probably 15 or so tables - there were only 3 occupied the entire time we were there (8:30 to 10). I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt this lady almost went out of her way not to welcome us. But service from wait staff was attentive and food was excellent - but won’t be back because of host.

    This restaurant used to be amazing. I went there many times. But it seems they have lost their chef, and now the food is terrible. It is not surprising that they lost their michelin star. We ordered two medium-rare steaks, but they brought out medium ones, which they insisted we try. We decided to eat the first one because we didn't want to wait but asked them to replace the second one, which they did. But then that came back rare. It seems they were incapable of making a medium-rare steak. I decided to take it home for a steak sandwich the next day, but when I got home I discovered they had packed someone else's chicken instead of the steak. All the other items we ordered were also disappointing and the service was poor.

    Food was so so, doesn’t live up to Michelin star. Service was ok, as what one should expect from a high end hotel restaurant. Most disappointing part : it was a birthday dinner as specified during booking, they totally missed out the birthday candle on our dessert!!?

    The food was lovely! (We had Scallops, Beef Wellington and Shepherd's Pie). However we had to cut our evening short and missed dessert as we were endlessly waiting on our server to come and take our order. Eventually we ran out of time and asked for the bill which again we waited for an eternity to get and then pay. It was really disappointing as we were celebrating a special occasion and in the end it was ruined due to 1 server being too busy (I don't know if there was a reason for this). It was obvious this was happening to a lot of other tables too.

    OUTSTANDING! We spent the evening in the Blue Room with Evan Bradley as our dinner host. We loved everything about the evening…Evan was the perfect server. He was courteous, kind, well-informed, professional, and polite. He wanted to make our evening memorable. He cared. Our meal did not disappoint. We had ceviche, beet salad, and Beef Wellington, and sticky toffee pudding. Matched with champagne and wine and coffee. If you duplicate the setting, server and selections you will have an outstanding evening.

    A Steven Starr restaurant that once again delivered a most memorable experience from the décor to the service to the menu. We have been Starr Philadelphia restaurant devotees for ages and we were not disappointed by the experience in New York City. The food was beyond delectable to the point that I mopped up my halibut sauce with the bread, and the desserts tasted just as delicious as they looked. We were mor than satisfied with the cuisine, experience, attentive service, and overall value even at NYC prices. A dining experience not to be missed if you have the opportunity.

    The food was excellent! The burger was perfectly cooked and executed and the eggs were all done as requested. The flavors were not very innovative but classics executed really well. The staff was also very professional and pleasant. On the downside the restaurant was quite dirty. All chairs had dirt and the table(s) were covered in dust. Everything that came from the kitchen was impeccably clean though.

    Amazing food and service, unfortunately where we seating next to a woman that was way to loud which is not the restaurant’s fault. None the less The Clocktower is highly recommendable. Best lobster we have ever got. Another Jason Atherton 5 star restaurant.
