The Distillery Bar + Kitchen
The restaurant hosts a long 30 person communal table ideal for large groups, family-style dining or getting to know your neighbour. Guests can also pull up a stool at the restaurant bar which looks on to the fully open kitchen for an interactive experience, or sit outside on the heated patio to people-watch with a bottle of wine and flavourful pasta.
You may reserve seats online for a maximum of six guests. Please note that due to the style of our restaurant service parties of 4 or more may be sat at a communal dining table. Cheers!
Always fun before a Canucks game!

Reception was quick and we were offered several seating options and when seated people arriving were not seated next to each other. Service was quick and we were not rushed and were able to carry on a conversation without excessive noise.Great menu selection at various prices. I love Veal and there were 5 choices which the waiter quickly explained. Overall a great dinner experience
I do love the Distillery Bar + Kitchen. Ever since I "found" it last year, I haven't gone anywhere else in Vancouver. Great food, reasonable price point, excellent Happy Hour offerings, and the Pear & Gorgonzola Crostini is to-die-for-worthy.
Always a great choice for brunch. Amazing menu and well priced. Best value in Vancouver!

Great. Service was amazing. Will definitely come again.
Good Italian food options and quality. Appetizers are great, pasta dishes are good as well. I had a veal milanese which was a little over-fried and the veal was dry. Calamari, meatballs and pasta was very good. Recommend for a casual lunch.
We had a great pre-hockey game dinner.
We shared a salad and two flatbreads (the mushroom and sage was our favourite) as well as cocktails (their Kentucky Sour was excellent). The close proximity to the sky train, plus free trolley to Rogers Arena were bonuses! We will be back next time we are in town.
we waited at our table for 30 minutes with no service, asked about it and still no service so we left
Best service!! Our waiter and the staff were excellent. Hard to come by now adays!
Overpriced for mediocre food. I do not recommend.
Always perfect for brunch! And great value and quality of food. My weekend go to when in Vancouver
Met here prior to game at BC Place. Venue was perfect, we dined on heated outside patio.
Good location in Yaletown..food was very good!! Would recommend.
Food and service are always excellent. Several good veggie options. Try the jalapeño vodka Caesar!
Friends and I reserved a party of 3 for a brunch birthday surprise and noted same during reservation. On arrival, we were seated and greeted by a server on his 2nd shift. We introduced ourselves, advised it was a birthday and asked our drinks to always be full. It appeared that our server ended up with a group table and we were quickly ignored for the rest of our experience. They returned to take our food order (all orders with errors) and dealt with a total of 4 different servers/staff throughout our dining experience. The food was mediocre and bennies were cold on arrival. We unfortunately had to keep flagging servers to get drink refills and eventually gave up asking for our bills.
Neat drink menu, underwhelming food and bummer timing re server training.
Really disappointed in the service and food. The waitress was a mess of confusion. The only thing she was able to do well was able to bring water. Will not be going back again. Too bad.
I love Distillery for drinks and casual appies! The place has an awesome vibe and it's great for bigger groups but also for date nights. I like that it's a bit different than the other similar spots in Yaletown as they have Italian/Meditarean dishes and much healthier options. Brunch is good too and the happy hour!
Or first time in the Distillery.
A co worker suggested it for breakfast. Decor and design was tasteful.
Seating and spacing was very comfortable.
Everyone enjoyed the food and drinks that were ordered.
We found the service to be...ok.
Noticeable enough that we all commented on the ambivalence of our server.
Will try again and strike it up to a tired server.
Good food at a fair price. But sitting in view of the kitchen can be off-putting! I saw cooks licking their fingers and they had cooked up something they were sharing and eating while cooking our meals. My preference would be that they don't eat in the meal prep area and licking their fingers while making food is just yucky.
It is a go to, brunch establishment in Yaletown. A must for any local or visitor.
Food wasn’t as great as I expected for the price Shrimp
Cocktail where tasteless watery flatbread spaghetti and meatballs where very salty
In for a quick dinner prior to a Whitecaps game. Good fast service. Friendly staff
Review rating is more about experience than meal. Just really great service!
It was ok but the veal parmigiana was over cooked and bland and the pasta sauce didn’t look homemade or have flavour
Good solid brunch place with Italian twists on old classics. Great service, delicious food.
Went for brunch. Didn't find value in the breakfast sandwich$13 or the handful of arugula $5 but it was pretty tasty
Food overall mediocre and modest portion. Most places on the same street offers larger portion in the same price range. The shrimp tasted very frozen and the chicken is not fresh. The worse part was they are charging $1 for hot water!!!??? I don’t recall McDonald’s or high end restaurant like blue water charge $1 for hot water so that’s totally ridiculous. The server are more chitchatting than checking the guests. Not the first time to this place but very likely will be the last time.
Harriet our server was exceptional. A great meal as always and wonderful attentive service but relaxed too. A great time tonight. The food was fresh and tasty. The happy hour menu is great value and if you can sit on the patio it’s great for people watching.
Quality food and good location
Great brunch! Great service. Will definitely go back.
The outdoor seating area was super super hot from a number of the outdoor heaters, which I wasn’t entirely prepared for given the cooler weather. Thankfully it wasn’t just me, but the table next to me noticed it as well.
The beefsteak tomato salad seemed somewhat under seasoned, with the significant amount of blue cheese adding sweetness rather than much needed salt or acid (I was tempted to ask for balsamic).
The pasta dish I had was tasty, though I was way too full and decided to take it home with me.
The staff however are delightful and efficient.
I’d happily return.
Very cool space with great drinks and bar. The food is so-so. Not great. Not awful. Portions were a little small. But the service was wonderful.
Made reservations expecting to be seated on the patio. Hostess not friendly or accommodating
Sunday brunch with the girls
Great night out. It was our first time there. I would go again.
Consistently good food
Great food and even better service. Enjoyed the pasta and wine options.
Delicious exciting food and great atmosphere.
