My girlfriends bday/ celebration of closing of my theatre show. Wonderful experience. It was very busy buy the staff was apologetic and we were wonderfully taken care of. Brilliant experience. Amazed that there were Vegan AND gluten free options! they were great. The gluten free bread by nature has a strong flavour- so I would suggest having the GF options open faced. Just a thought I might explore if i return . Excellent

Went for my mom's birthday. Mother/daughter afternoon tea. Nice tea. Nice desserts. Nice mimosa. Nice cheese. Nice sandwiches. There were two flies buzzing around for the majority of the reservation. Went away near the end. Nice table by the windows. Nice view. Nice hotel.

Beautiful venue. Excellent service. Food was adequate, nothing exceptional. Knew the prices going in, but still think it’s overpriced. Glad we tried it, a very lovely place in Niagara on the Lake. Would recommend but be aware of the high prices.

Service was top notch as always. New cost of $5 extra for gluten free requirements which I believe is not fair. Time restrictions as well -90 min - which seems like plenty - but should be 2 hours. Especially when you order Prince of wales tea. You need more time to drink and eat between servings.

My sister and I had a very enjoyable tea at the hotel. We had a nice window seat with a beautiful view of the street. We have had a few high teas at other venues but we both agreed that this was the best high tea we have ever experienced. The selection of food was generous and delicious, very well prepared and pleasing to the eye. Excellent value compared to other high teas we have experienced. Thank you for such an enjoyable experience.

Very satisfied with the service and food. Decor rather dated. Waitress and hostess service was excellent. Where we were seated it was extremely cold. It wasn’t very wheelchair accessible due to chairs had to be moved for accessibility. My overall experience was quite satisfactory and would recommend this restaurant to friends and family

We celebrated our anniversary with high tea. The service was excellent and we ordered the Monarch tea. It was a lot of food! We had to take some home. Everything was great. We don't particularly like cucumber sandwiches; wish they'd bring back egg salad as an option! Will definitely be back.

I took my Mom for a Mother's Day gift and we had an amazing time. The service was fantastic and the tea/food was delicious. We added the cheese plate and there was so much food that we each took a full to-go container home with us. We had a lovely time and would happily visit again. :)
