The Grill is one of the few restaurants that really knows how to do Dover Sole! OMG the Dover Sole was excellent - along with the pan seared scallops awesome Service was exceptional!

The waitress was kind of snarky. Not friendly at all. She was not familiar with the food. Didn’t know the leeks were wrapped in sea weed. Just said they were leeks when I asked what they were when clearly leeks don't look like that!! Odd. Bought a bottle of wine at Gumbo Limbo because they said I could bring it into the grill. The Grill said I couldn’t drink a glass of wine from my bottle so had to buy a 25.00 glass of wine from them lol Naples has many better restaurants than this one…

Excellent experience. Wes was our server and his years of experience and expertise were clear. He was quick to make suggestions, knew what we needed before we did and made for some fun conversations. The food was incredible, we had the special corner booth for our anniversary which was a kind touch and the sommelier made sure to recommend the perfect glasses of wine to accompany our meal. Make sure to get a soufflé, they are INCREDIBLE here. Overall 11/10 experience and we can’t wait to come back. The manager also came by at the end of our meal and made an effort to ensure we had a fabulous time

My husband and I went there for a nice dinner and we had the pleasure of Mike serving us. It was incredible experience, we kept talking about how great it was the next day. My husband ordered the 10oz filet and said it was the best filet he's ever had! I got the halibut and loved it. I tried the Bourgogne Chardonnay by Oliver Leflaive, it was not oak-y or buttery, which I didn't want - it went very well with the halibut. Great lighting, live piano. The air-conditioning was a little high so they offered me a shawl and that worked perfectly. We had chocolate soufflé for dessert, and it was so good we had to take home the chocolate layer cake! We look forward to going back!

Outstanding! A must in Naples. Matthew, our server, made sure every detail of the evening was spectacular. A true gem. His assistant (Ramirez?) was sharp and delightful. Warm atmosphere, with lovely piano music, and a beautifully appointed room (as always). The food is perfection. Started with the bread...yum - the pretzel bread was fabulous. Appetizer was stone crab claws with a side of clawmeat "salad" which was amazing. LOVED the Dover Sole which is prepared tableside and is the best I've had in decades. Ordered a side of asparagus and even the stalks were tender and delicious. Hubby had the short ribs which were tasty and melted in your mouth. We shared the decadent chocolate soufflé and it was light but rich with chocolate sauce and whipped cream and nuts on the side. It was my birthday and everyone signed a birthday card and added a candle and a chocolate "Happy Birthday" treat on the souffle plate. So sweet! Everyone who works there is a consummate professional, attentive yet invisible, and a friendly as can be. We've been coming for years and it's so nice to know that style and sophistication are still alive and well in the Ritz Grill. BTW we had a cocktail at the new lobby bar and it is a GREAT renovation with delicious drinks and a spectacular view. Cocktails and wine in the Grill were wonderful as well!

Hi end "steak house" with a diverse menu beyond beef (fish, vegetarian) that delivers on ambiance, unsurpassed service and attention to detail. Not cheap but definitely a high end experience.

The best restuarnt in Naples Florida !!! We exprienced exceptional service from the moment we where seated at "Everyone's favorite table by the fireplace"..Peter, Clement, Brian...and the rest of The Grill staff where amazing...food was off the charts, we had an incredible bone in filet that was the best I have ever had! The best part of the evening was the elegance and ambeience of the room, finally a place in Naples where people apprieciated casual elegance. We will be back OFTEN !!!
