Great food and service--typical Keg strong points. The interior looks like all the other Keg interiors--bland, dark, brown and anonymous. You'd never know whether you're in a Ramada hotel restaurant somewhere, a Moxie's Regina, or Keg Kamloops. They all look and feel the same, though the steaks are always perfect.

My husband and I were visiting Vancouver to celebrate an anniversary and a birthday. After a chaotic travel day during an atmospheric river weather event, we were in much need of a relaxing paced dinner. Our server took the time to listen to our story and did an exceptional job of giving us a wonderful dining experience. The food, the selection of wine, the friendliness of the staff made our celebration a memorable one. Thank you!

We were dining there for my husband birthday and had a wonderful time. Only the butter for the lobster tail is not warm enough even though the server brought extra candle. Other than that the other menus are pretty good. My husband was impressed how well cooked his steak was and also the way the pork rib meat melted in the mouth with full of juice and flavor. We had an amazing birthday chocolate ice-cream cake too. Our server was very nice and friendly as well. Overall experience is excellent.

We were meeting out of town visitors and needed a restaurant that has predictably good food, a great ambiance and good service. I had asked for a quieter table ( to hear ourselves!), and we were given that. I would just request a couple more options on the menu for those with dietary restrictions ( e.g. non-beef). Overall, wonderful evening, Thankyou!

The ambience was nice except the lighting for dinner was a little on the dark side. The steaks were well prepared/cooked but the sides were overcooked and/or cold. The wine was a good value for 'happy hour' and the server was great. The high tables were the only ones available at the time of reservation; the area was good for hosting a table of 8 however the tables were unbalanced so we had to shuffle down to a better one. The complimentary cake was nice - thank you!

The food was delicious and the service was very good. Very professional. The noise level started low (we had a 6:00 pm reservation) but did pick up as the evening went on. The only issue was that the lighting was quite low and at one point was lowered. We asked for the lighting to be increased - which they did - and they brought us a candle for the table which was greatly appreciated as it definitely helped with the lighting level.

We had a reservation at 5:30. Was there early with 1 of the other 4 guests. Say at the bar having a drink while watching the football game. As out 2 other guests were going to be late due to a flight delay. We wished to remain at the bar u til they came. (Which ended up another 20 minutes) we were told we had to take the table at that moment or they would give away the table. (There were no other people at the bar, so we had wished to watch the end of the first half of the game (5 minutes) this was not an option to the host. As well they insisted we settle the tab at the bar and would not transfer this to the table. Felt like this was the 1980’s poor staff (and the white wine was warm)

A fantastic evening at one of our favourite restaurants! I can’t remember who our server was but she was amazing ❤️ she has blonde hair and tattoos and was the closing bar server. She was very attentive and informative, friendly and quick to grab whatever we needed. The rest of the staff were great and super friendly. It was our friends first time in Canada and they absolutely loved their rib steaks and other accompaniments. It was a lovely evening. Thank you guys!

Overall very good Keg visit. All staff were great, Hostess was very nice and friendly. Food was very good although veggie portions could be a bit larger. Steak was maybe a touch rare but was still good. Pepperocinni Prawns was really good. Twice baked potatoes are also good. We visit this Keg once a year or so when we visit Van and do recommend it.

we had a great time celebrating my grandmother's 72nd birthday. Our waitress was very attentive during peak hours and every need was met with grace. All of our food came out boiling hot and made to perfection.

The Keg on Sunday 7:00pm out of Prime Rib, what a joke, the other kind of steak is taste very normal and expensive, very disappointed, really not worth, but at least they have nice environment and good service!!
