The manager was outstanding, very nice, excelllent service

We had an amazing time at the keg using the dine out Vancouver menu on Sunday night in Burnaby. The food was fabulous and we had the most amazing server Michael who really made our night ! He was very attentive and even gave us a complimentary shot of Jameson on promotion at the end of night. Food was so good steak was cooked perfect and all came on time. Will definitely be coming back again

Really appreciate how a manger proactively handled our seating adjustments. The service we received form both him and our server were excellent.

Food was great, really enjoyed the meal. We felt safe as safety precautions for Covid-19 were in place, it's really just up to people to ensure they are also also following them.

The food and the service was excellent! My only concern was that most of the tables were full and as we are in the middle of a pandemic, I didn't feel that was appropriate.

The Keg at Still Creek never fails. Service is great as usual, always friendly and feels welcome. Food is always kept to standard.

Despite covid-19 protocol we felt very comfortable with the server and location. Food was excellent

went to the Keg to support dine out Vancouver, knew quality, service and cost going in, throughly enjoyed the set menu especially the caesar salad (huge) and the steak done to perfection and ever so flavourful can't beat the ever present char marks on a Keg steak, highly recommended, the meal sure went well with our bottle of red wine. The server ever so attentive. We topped it off with again a dessert that just hit the spot.

The experience was amazing. The hostess texted us our table was ready so we didn’t have to stand in line considering it’s covid times. The server was amazing as well! The server brought us some champagne because it was our anniversary! A+ on customers service. The food is good as always! Happy to always come back to The Keg in burnaby for its reliable service and food!

Our recent favourite place to go to celebrate special occasions. Our family celebrated a 21st birthday, menu choices were Prime Rib (in Omega and 14 oz) and salmon.
All super delicious and the quality of the meals superb.

As always the Keg is generous to provide free Billy Miner Pie to the birthday celebrant.

We were last at the Keg In mid Jan ( same location) and I don’t know if it’s because we were with our younger son but the last two times we have been we have been sat near the servers work area. Not fun But hard to change with Covid seating. Anyway. We got a much better location and a really great server called Lindsay I believe. Super fun. Looked after us really really well. Had the surf and turf and my son had the full rack of ribs - all delish

it was our anniversary and I wanted the keg..We haven't been out much and hadn't heard how the keg was doing so we tried and we felt very safe and that they were doing a good job at santizing. The was great as usual and the waiter was food

Was a great evening, we were seated at a table which allowed a lot of space from others. I love the virtual concierge to remind you when its time to enter the building. I hope this stays as it gets quite congested in the lobby, but with Covid protocols that have this part nailed. no waiting in the front. Its great. Service and food was impeccable. Thanks for staying true to your brand and value. I will be back

Definitely make reservations and allow amble time for servers to seat you. They were 20 minutes behind on our early seating at 5:30.

Excellent service & Covid protocol. We felt very safe & really enjoyed our meal. Our server Michael was exceptional & ensured that we had everything we needed.

My husband had just not been happy with his sirloin classic dinner lately - when he ordered MR it a baseball steak that comes and he doesn’t like that thick piece.

Meals were great. Steaks were perfectly cooked. Service was great.

My husband and I came here for our 1-year anniversary. Its one of the few larger restaurants near us with ample parking and they had sufficient protocols in place for social distancing. Although we did find the food to be a bit bland, it tasted fine. Our server was excellent and made sure we were well taken care of. We will come back just for the service alone!

We come here yearly to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. Food was delicious as always and our waiter was phenomenal. Felt safe with their covid19 regulations. 👍🏼👍🏼

Our server Brian is very accommodating and very pleasant. Making sure we are at ease and needs are met. We enjoyed our meals (steak and shrimps for my daughter and myself while my mom has a steak and lobster paired with red wine and Shirley temple. It didn't end there cause we order a cheesecake to finish the night. Left the place with much contentment.
