   Our waiter, Shaq, was just amazing! Food tasted amazing, the steaks we had melted in our mouths. There was loud music playing and my guest and I felt like we had to shout at each other to be heard over the music.

   Have not been to the Keg in forever. Decided to give it a try. Was pleasantly surprised. Food was great. Started off with a ceasar salad then had the filet mignon with twice baked potato. I would say the only problem was when I first received my steak, it was very chewy. For a filet mignon, I was very surprised. I am not one to complain but since I was paying so much, I mentioned it to the waitress. She immediately did not hesitate and told me she would bring me a new steak, plus a new potato also. I told her the potato was not necessary. The manager came out with my new steak plus all the accompaniments that came with it. My new steak was 100 times better. Was easy to cut through and melted in my mouth. I am not sure what was wrong with the first one, if it was just a bad cut. I really appreciated them getting me a new one. Our server was great also. Very friendly. Everyone at our table loved their meal.

    We keep going back to the Keg for special celebrations because... they make you feel special! The attention from the seating hostess, the server (Stephanie) and the kitchen staff was exceptional and is so much appreciated. We also appreciate the consistent, high level of quality in the food served, never had a bad experience. The restaurant is extremely popular, reservations highly recommended and because its busy, it is not suitable for a quiet night out.

    The keg is usually quite consistent that’s why we keep going back. The service was excellent. Micheal did a great job. But the food this time was lacking and the portions were not as generous as previous times. I ordered veggies on the side and got two small pieces of beets and four green beans. Not what I’d expected from the keg.

    Very good consistent food. Prices are higher than expected. (When including tip) Service was very good. Expect the tip setting to start at 15% not 18. Customers should not be paying the servers salary. With higher prices servers should receive a higher base salary and not have expectations that the customers off set this.

    1. We went there to celebrity my partner birthday. The server, who i couldn't catch his name, however, he was fair general nice person. We had ordered sirlion with snow carb $60.00 and two appetizers (crab cakes and escargo). He didn't bring our sirlion until i mentioned to him and our crab cakes wsan't ordered by his mistake. He apologized and brought an overcooked sirlion. It's quite disappointed, since we are your loyalty customer so i told him and he was very kind replaced a new nice cook quality sirlion for us and apologized again for his mistake without ordered the crab cakes. He waved escargo from the bill. I do like to encourage his good service. He is a good server whatsever. Moreover, we like to suggest your company to lower the music sound lower because it causes too much noise for my experience. Thank you.

    Food and service were great. Got the Chicken and ribs, sirloin steak, calamari, mushrooms Neptune and a full rack of ribs. All the food was hot and cooked perfectly.

    We both had the special, 3 courses for $60.00 Ceaser Salad, snow crab and Steak and Cheesecake. Even got to taste the Crab cake and it was amazing!!1 Our waitress Steph was fantastic, always had a beautiful smile on her face and so friendly. We even got a special visit from Taylor the manager, he is always amazing, he is one that cares for his staff and helps out all the time. They all seem to have fun at work. That proves of a great manager!!! Excellent visit, Thank you.

    The very cozy upper hidden gem should be reserved for those who wish to have an intimate evening on request. Staff were happy to move. There seems to be a mild undertone of dissatisfied work experience here as staff moved but asked in a "way too familiar" tone, are you better now. It could be caring but the tone lost its core directive if intended. If I may suggest a better approach may have been, "Does this meet to your satisfaction, if you are not comfortable here we can show you more places available for you if you wish..." My Steak was med. but tough & very tasty though. The lobster, perfect. My guests both regulars at my WV Keg, favored location but not impressed when asking for how they would like their baseball steak butterflyed , were met with resistance, Serve; "they normally don't come this way" as of to say what exactly. It placed an awkward moment at the table. We are all over 50 years of age with multiple restaurant visits under our belt from around the world I may add. If my guest wanted to have his steak cut in tiny strips the only thing that should have happened is a confirmation of request and a "yes" unless it was impossible to do so in my opinion. The further explanation by our server to the other guest whom coincidentally requested the exaxt same steak & way succeeded in only garnering a further explanation by the server, really missed the mark, because our server went on, further exacerbating our experience. Although I hear the server sharing his 13 years experience, I feel we may have got him on an off night. Additionally I feel the nuance of two people ordering the same steak in exact same fashion, failed to make the centiment desired, felt by all at the table. Another guest mentioned he was a vip because of Coq frequency and past event. I have no idea what it was. A 10% discount was made on our check but again server sharing he had never heard of this in 13 years caused 😳 again. Best to have perhaps dealt with it differently.

    Great easily accessible location, enticing, diverse, creative and health conscious items available on the menu. Very accommodating to your needs. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great for a romantic dinner for two or large groups. Open and spacious environment. I really can't think of one thing to complain about.

    Good service, started with Margaritas- on special. Excellent and good price! Steak was ok, looked small and was a little tough- knives there are not great was difficult to cut. Garlic mashed were excellent and the prawns were perfect. Enjoyed a complimentary Billy minor pie for my birthday!
