The Caesar salad was very small and overpriced there was a hair in the sangria drink I asked for no jalapenos on the nachos I wanted them on the side, they put them in & plenty No instructions followed properly, disappointed!

The twice baked potatoes are normally my favourite thing to eat But the consistency was like stew (extremely liquidy - nothing I have experienced in the past and it wasn’t enjoyable) My baseball sirloin was cooked perfectly to medium rare but I found the meat to not be seasoned enough. Our server was very attentive which made the experience enjoyable.

It was one of the worst Keg experiences from start to finish. One server came to introduce herself and then we never saw her again. We had dirty finished appetizer plates while multiple staff walked by and no one picked them up until the main course would come. Majority of the food came cold. Calamari were undercooked and we sent them back. The best part was the bread. Server mentioned several times she didn’t know it was a birthday celebration but I clearly indicated it in the reservation. Overall very disappointed as the Dixon Keg was always great.

We made reservations to celebrate my husbands 40th bday and new baby coming next week and Mother’s Day as we had 4 year old and we were disappointed that we were not asked by our waiter Nico however the table next to us was being waited by a different waiter and she acknowledged that there was a bday and Mother’s Day celebration and provided 2 free Mile high slices of cake on the house which we thought was a very nice gesture. To conclude our experience we did not provide our waiter with the original 20 % tip we wanted to give him and we left your restaurant with sour taste from this experience.

Wonderful service from Scottie. Salad, potatoes and steak/prime rib came out as ordered. Food was delicious. We were disappointed in the bottle of wine we ordered for dinner. Tasted more like a Shiraz than a Cab Franc. Won’t get that one again. Restaurant was very loud as we were seated next to a party of 8. Dining room was packed yet could easily hear the screaming child two sections away. That doesn’t make for pleasant dining but we’ll definitely be back again soon.

This Keg needs immediate renovations.. Exterior and interior spaces felt dirty and not inviting.. The spaces impacted our ejoyment of the food which was also not up to usual Keg standards.. Will never be going back to the Keg again..

I generally love going to the keg,especially at that location. Food was really good, never an issue. But the service was really rushed as soon as we got to the table. The bill came to our table with out asking if we were done. I asked if there was espresso, which I already know you serve that..but I did it purposely just to show the server that we were not done yet. I would not assume a table is done without asking first. Other than that, I love going to that location .

We made reserverations for 8:00 p.m. for a specific area because my husband has trouble walking. We arrived before 8:00 p.m., but ended up waiting for at least 20 to 25 minutes because the area we requested was not ready. We ended up sitting in a different area, which was acceptable. However, the staff did try to get us somewhere we wanted, and were very friendly. But I do wonder why bother to make reservations if they are not going to reserve the table for you. Our server, JoJo was terrific with us and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and enjoyed our meal.

Waitstaff was great and helpful. I gave service a 3 because of what occurred before being seated. I made an advance reservation for 6:15 for 4 people. I included that I needed a high chair for an infant (4th person). When we got there at 6:10 we were told that the table was just being cleaned. Then we were asked if could be seated in a booth. When I asked if a high chair would be able to be accommodated there they said no. We weren’t seated till 6:50 p.m. I understand having to wait a bit to be seated by we waited over half an hour while others who clearly had no reservation just walked in and sat down because they knew management.
