    I have gone to KEG more times for dinner and it was always a pleasant experience. The service is top and the steaks delicious. Very good option for bigger groups as well.

    Kazuki went above and beyond with his customer service. He was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. He was always attentive, checking in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. It was clear that he genuinely cared about our dining experience. Overall, it was an outstanding service that made our meal even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this Kazuki and the restaurant! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    The food was delicious and our server, Dallas, was excellent. My only complaint is the menu price inceases which, like so many other places are probably due to inflation. The Keg used to be our celebratory/special occasion/just because special place, but unfortunately due to costs, that will change. If money is no object for you, then they still provide absolutely outstanding quality and great service.

    We are visiting Vancouver and decided on The Keg for dinner. The service was very good, we had a very sweet waitress. The food was not great and the presentation was not good at all. The French Onion soup wasn’t good at all, the Brie was okay but I can do that at home, served on a plated with some bread. We would not return unfortunately. The prime rib was very fatty and flavorless.

    Very good experience overall, nice atmosphere, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Peppercorn New York steak Med rare to rare was delicious, chef nailed it!

    We really enjoyed dinner, very good service, decoration and food. The only thing that bothered us was the loud noise they made at the next table (group of 8 men), it was too loud and we couldn't speak well over the loud voices and laughter, it was too much. It's the only thing to keep in mind for next time.

    This was the 2nd time in a week that I hVe eaten in a Keg steak house. The first was in Banff and then yesterday evening in Vancouver. The food was excellent on both occasions but so was the service. Unfortunately I failed to get the name of the waitress at Banff, but the young man at Vancouver was called Adib and it turned out that we were his first ever guests since he started working for Keg. He was excellent at advising us to the differences between the various cuts of beef and answering any questions we had.

    Our family of three were welcomed as soon as we entered, and helped by everyone we asked. Our server was kind and pleasant (betty). One of our party had an allergy, which we wrote in our OpenTable reservation. The server and kitchen staff all seemed aware and talked to us about it as we were seated. They were very careful about bringing that foot separately and the manager on the floor checked in with us a couple of times to make sure all was good. Frankly, this is the best we've been treated at a restaurant since before covid.

    Incredible! We had Neha as our server and she was wonderful. I brought international students for dinner last night and it was their first experience at the Keg, and let me tell you, it was simply wonderful. They raved about the food and the service - such a great way to showcase Canadian fine dining! I will definitely be back.

    I was very disappointed when my meal arrived. I had ordered a Cobb salad for $23.00. It appeared like everything was just tossed in a bowl and put on the plate with a sliced egg placed on the top. It certainly wasn't what I expected and for $23.00. It was pricy for what I received. I have ordered a Cobb salad before at other places and at the Hard Rock Cafe, and I received a salad that had been systematically placed on the plate and in an orderly fashion. The Keg in Oshawa has a very good example of what it looks like. My meal was very disappointing. I certainly won't order it again.

    Food was very good and our server didn't pester us between courses. Atmosphere was very nice and we were able carry on a conversation without yelling across the table. Overall, very enjoyable dining experience.

    Lovely place, very relaxed but still felt special. Food great, I had lobster and fries, my husband had steak and lobster combo. It was the last day of our Canada holiday and we thought we’d spoil ourselves!

    Let me start my saying that Nakita (sp?) was the best server ever with a bright smile, and definitely should be a example of how to train others on how on make a memorable experience. This young woman needs to be promoted!! :) We took my 93 year old Dad for lunch as he LOVES prime rib. He started with the onion soup and said it was 10/10!! Everyone ordered the prime -rib sandwich and it was just OK. Fries not remarkable but you can choose The Wedge salad as another option and it was excellent. Environment was relaxing.

    Our meal was good and the service was great, although overall it was not quite the Keg experience I have always known and was looking forward to. A few small disappointments that added up - starting with a new drink on the menu that I tried out but found it tasted a bit watered down (not helpful that I cant remember the name of the cocktail). The Caesar salad was served a bit dry which was quickly remedied with added dressing and our server was great and eager to make sure we were happy with everything else. The prime rib did not disappoint and was delicious as always. Portion size for the sides were smaller than I remember, and prices a bit higher. I love The Keg and Hoping this was just an 'off' night so I will be back.

    We were visiting from the US staying at the st Regis. We had dinner at the bar. We were lucky enough to be waited on by the excellent bartender working tuesday august 15 around 6pm. He was so personable, conversational, was doing an excellent job training a new hire, so efficient and made it look effortless . I asked his name, but it’s left me :( He’s a gem!!

    The first table offered was in a section with noisy kids running around, but the staff kindly found us a more suitable location. Our server, Mick, did an excellent job at both providing great service and informing his manager of a bad experience we had had at a Keg at a different location. My wife and I believe that the Keg is really unbeatable in terms of taste and value.

    We visited on a Sunday evening at 6:30pm. I love the prime rib….but unfortunately there was none left when I ordered! It’s dinner time on a Sunday and they have run out of prime rib already? It’s a long weekend….very busy in the city….seems the restaurant wasn’t prepared for it. In any case the food I ordered was good, it’s always good! But unfortunately the service lacked. Ordered wine with our meal we had to ask for it. We’d eaten half our main before the wine arrived. Had to ask for water too and only got it after second time asking.
