   Food was great! Service was great! Atmosphere is always great! I never walk out of the Keg with concerns that maybe I won't go back. Unlike so many other restaurants, you never go wrong dining at the Keg.

   I’m glad they brought crab back I wish it was king crab but it was still good. It wasn’t busy but I found the service slow but our server was friendly. I loved how my dish had beets and beans I hope they do that more often

   We had a birthday party of 21 people (with 8 kids with ages between 3-12y) and the service, the food and the overall atmosphere was outstanding! Thank you for making our celebration a special event! Highly recommended!

   Busy location so has the ability to serve a lot of guests, so easy to attain a reservation for a Saturday night. Came for my husband’s birthday with our parents and 2 kids. Seated and served promptly and we all have our own “go-to” dishes that we already order and always leave full and satisfied! Me - the Oscar; my hubby - the 14oz prime rib crusted a blue cheese, fit for the birthday boy! My son is getting to the age that he’s eating steak, and he devoured the 8oz that he ordered! Delicious food is always always what we get when coming to the Keg. However, we feel it’s a little bit more “personable” from the Burnaby Keg location. The hostesses at Burnaby always makes the effort to get to know us a little more as they walk us to the table, always asking us if there was a special occasion that brought us in, and our server would - never fails - congratulates us on whatever we were celebrating and always serves a complimentary dessert. Both times, now, going to Dunsmuir location, the hostess just tells us to go upstairs, we find our seat, no ask if we are celebrating something special, no exceptional effort to make the experience more personal. Granted, we could’ve mentioned something, but we aren’t ones to make too much fuss as the service was good, he was attentive and responded quickly w drink refills, etc.

   We arrived early for our reservation but were sat right away. After close to 20 minutes of sitting with nobody coming to the table to even bring us water, I had to walk to the hostess stand to see if there was a server that knew we were in their section. After that, a server came right away. We ordered a cocktail and some bread for the table. A while passed and someone (not our server) walked past and tossed the bread on our table without even pausing to notice that the butter slid right off the plate from the force of their toss. We didn’t receive our cocktail until our bread was finished, and plates cleared. Our meal came, and my friend’s prime rib came closer to well done, when she had ordered medium rare. Knowing we were on a time crunch, she didn’t send it back. The server asked if I wanted anything else with my meal and I asked if I ordered a glass of wine, how quick would it be, since I wanted to enjoy it with my steak. She assured me she would bring it right away, so I ordered it. I had to drag out eating my meal so slowly just to ensure I had food left for when the wine came. When she eventually showed up with my wine, I had one bite of steak left. The wine tasted like it had been opened three days ago, and for the first time in history, I left half a glass on the table without finishing it. Without asking, the server brought two separate bills, so we had to ask her to re do it as we were paying together. Overall, this was not The Keg level of service that I have come to expect. Perhaps it was just an off night, but it will take a while to forget this experience before we go back again.

    I booked for 8ppl to celebrate a couple birthdays. We were coming from Coquitlam because I tried all week to find something closer to home to no avail. I booked Dunsmuir and super happy I did! Service was amazing, to our surprise they booked us in a private room. Beautiful setting and our server Maylene was AWESOME! The Keg is always delicious and awesome and we've been lots but this time it was special, we actually felt special. Our group could have been a challenge to most but Maylene handled it sooooo nicely and honestly she was exactly what we needed. Moving forward I think we will be always travel to this location from now on.

    My special steak with crab was exceptional. All steaks came to the table exactly as ordered. Our waitress was very professional and personable. The front desk staff was excellent and easily accommodated our party even though we arrived 30min early. We had a wonderful time! Thank you to all of your staff.

    I ordered a medium cooked stake and it was clearly undercooked. I understand that these kind of things might happen at a busy kitchen, so I gently mentioned to the waitress. Service staff were excellent in remediating the problem, and kept me a happy customer. Everything else I ordered were exquisite. I will definitely come back again. Hopefully next time I'll give five stars to food as well. Thanks!

    Thank you for designing two fantastic vegan main courses. The vegan meatloaf was killer, I was so happy to enjoy a terrific hearty meatloaf ... such a wonderful presentation! The side veg (beets and green beans on cauliflower mash) SOO good, well rounded and a dish I will come back for. Thank you

    The waitress ignored us all night and I hade a reservation for 5 got there and they were already lots of peoples and give us a hard time at the door l always like going there before but not anymore my husband and I go for birthdays and anniversary lobster fest will have to find a n’other place after this really bad experience last night and my mashed potatoes were like from 6 months ago or something I was very hungry it is why I hated 😝👎

    We have always enjoyed the keg except the past couple of times, we had a reservation this evening and we had to wait 15mins when we got there, then we were sent upstairs. The upstairs hostess sat us to our table. Our server was nice but extremely timid, we had ordered our drinks, they came out 10mins later only to say they did not have one of the drinks. We ordered our appy calamari which was so bland and the pieces were cut extremely thin, we obviously ordered steak and lobster, we ordered both medium rare, came out extremely rare, then our lobster was served with no garlic butter sauce and after asking twice, we told they were out, the seasonal vegetables had absolutely no seasoning and still very crunchy- not cooked well. The potato was good, some of the fries were still raw :( It was pretty upsetting for a valentines dinner, however even our server didn’t ask us how everything was, definitely training is needed there(she was nice though). We were just waiting for our bill to pay and go. The manager or general manager came to our table and apologized and tried to rectify it. Which we did appreciate, but by that time we just wanted to leave. Definitely was not the evening we were hoping for.

    I wanna start with the appetizers, the garlic baked shrimp was small compare to the price, but very tasty. Keg Caesar Salad is not worth the price; it’s like if you’re eating lettuce with a little dressing; don’t get the Caesar Salad. I had a medium cooked fillet; very nice and tender with a buttery texture. My girlfriend got a New York Striploin medium well. To be honest with you the striploin was cooked well done in some parts which was a little weird. They should for sure add Rib Eye to their menu as well. Service was good though.

    I didn’t like the table they offered us - it was right in front to the stairs and elevator so there are so many people in and out. We made a reservation, not walked in. I wish at least they took us to a better table or they should re-organize the tables. Our server wasn’t the best either. She didn’t try to take any efforts to provide a good service - didn’t come back to check if everything is okay as offer as she should have. We understand it was a busy night, but not sure we want to come back to the same location
