You can always expect quality food and service at this restaurant! I am always amazed that although there was only one server, there were others who either cleared the table when necessary, or brought out food to our table or anything else that was needed. Good team at work there!

We always go to the keg and we love it, but this time the waitress, the service, and the food were horrible. The kitchen was running behind so we waited over 30 mins for our food but when it came the steak was undercooked. When we told the waitress she just took the same steak and recooked it. She also forgot to give us bread. In addition, we order two sauces and only got one. Overall, this was definitely a horrible experience. Our mood was definitely ruined after this experience.

Service was amazing the guy who came to bring us our meals and take our orders was happy, positive and truly a pleasant person to deal with it was my girlfriends birthday and he made sure we were happy with every aspect of our dinning experience as well as our food was able to meet her requirements as she's pregnant and has gestational diabetes. Absolutely perfect experience

We were seated within 5-10 minutes of arrival, when seated, Krish (our server) was very kind, welcoming, and very funny! He made our first return to The Keg (since COVID) a very pleasant one! He was very attentive to our table and could not have been sweeter. My only complaint would have been with the old fashioned I ordered, I did not expect to pay $15 for 1/4th of the glass to be full, I expected at least a half full glass at minimum. Regardless, the food was amazing, cooked to perfection, and my mom and I enjoyed ourselves and will be back soon!

Mother’s Day lunch went very well. Excellent service provided by our waiter Andrew, who was attentive and friendly. We went with Keg classic selections and 2 of us had the F.O. soup to start, which was actually quite good. Steaks (2 of us had filet and 2 had sirloin) were cooked perfectly and everyone enjoyed their meals. Would recommend as a place to visit for a quality (but not stuffy or formal) meal.

The calamari was gross , the worst this time around . This dish was an all time favorite of mine at the keg. This time it was over cooked,oily and very unappetizing. Made me not want to order it again at the keg and for the cost what a wate of money . The server Joyce was outstanding,attentive and provided great overall service.

Over all experience is great, food is good but it was too crowded and wait for food is a bit long but understandable as its the Mother's Day weekend. Only complaint was my wife's order came out 1st rather than our appetizer lol but its all good as the appetizer was so good and our server who took care of us was amazing!!

The steak dinners are always very solid. Service was also good, we have been coming here for decades and have never had a disappointing meal. We have celebrated many birthdays and special occasions there. The prices have really crept up, and with the new tip ranges starting at 18 percent I am no sure I will return soon.
