   The keg has always been my favourite place to eat. This time my steak was over done. Yes it was replaced but mean while my husband ate his and I ate some of my potato and vegetables. It kinda spoiled the experience.

   Our server Courtney was excellent. Everyone in the restaurant seemed happy to be there. The chicken was a bit salty for my taste, and the mashed potatoes were not served hot. The prime rib was outstanding.

   We rarely eat out at this price bracket, but we were given a gift card and so were able to enjoy this lovely dining evening. Our waiter was exceptionally friendly, yet professional. (We don't like when servers act like your buddy-buddy best friend and yak excessively.) Marco nailed the balance between friendly and professional spot on!!! Food was wonderful! We were full. We find it very expensive and could not afford this on a regular basis. It was slightly noisier, than we would have liked, but not so much that we couldn't hold a conversation. I'm sure we'll be back once in a while for a special occasion!

   My drink of choice are Margaritas. I have had them in many bars and restaurants including in Mexico. The Margarita I ordered was the worst I had ever had, it was so sour I had to send it back.

    Our server, Angelina, was great. She was attentive, friendly and professional. The food at the Keg hasn't changed much over the years. The shrimp cocktail was delish! The steaks were cooked perfect.

    My steak was quite tough but nothing compared to my wife's problems. Her steak was undercooked as she ask for it medium and it came out close to rare and it was very tough and full of grizzle. She then had a second one done and it came cooked actually blue rare (even the server said that). The manager was decent about it as she comped her meal (not the drink though). It's sad because it was our anniversary. This isn't the first time the keg has done this recently. They seem to be hit and miss which is sad as we have been going to the Keg for over 40 years. Ever since the Kelowna keg moved to its new location, they have gone downhill. Sadly this means we will likely look elsewhere for this type of meal in the future

    We alway enjoy coming early for happy hour. We decided to have entries this time. Escargot and calamari to start then I had prime rib with mash and husband had peppercorn steak with mash. He wanted med rare and was served a medium to med well Unfortunately we did not have time for a new steak to be cooked so we didn’t say anything. Just hoping future orders will not be so overcooked. Still enjoy going to the keg.

    Gotta say it was refreshing to see the prices of wine vs the Cactus Club…. CC gouges with their huge markup, whereas theKeg is reasonable. Our waiter was great; mature, knowledgeable of his wines, and tomied our meal to the parameters we gave him. Ambience great too

    There's only one place to order a steak. The Keg. Anywhere else just can't compare. We enjoyed a great meal with really good service at the Kelowna Keg. We look forward to our next visit.

    while our food and service were excellent where we were seated was terrible. They knew we were celebrating our anniversary and yet they seated us in the most high traffic area possible. Ruining our whole experience. While we will return we will never go to celebrate a special occasion.

    Food was yummy; however, clearly shrinkflation happening. The service was really amazing, but I found a small hair on my fish towards the end of the meal. They gave us desert on-the-house. Overall, it was good, but the service was better than the food.
