Expérience absolument incroyable. Nous fêtions l'anniversaire de mon épouse en compagnie d'amis qu'elle n'avait pas vu depuis plus de 20 ans. La surprise a été totale et le personnel a grandement aidé à la réussite. La nourriture était excellente et nous avons eu droit à un service hors pair. Absolument rien à dire mis à part que c'est une certitude que nous reviendrons!

Amazing food as always. My entire family had the Rib steak (Medium Chicago style) and all were well prepared and delicious. The tuna tartare was also incredible and perfect starter. And of course a bottle of Cabernet to make ot a perfect evening and birthday celebration.

Disappointed in the food. When I go to The Keg, I expect the food to be top nutch. Steak was ok, french fries were like a piece of cardboard... Baked potato with no taste. I am not going back any time soon that is for sure. Lots of other Steakhouse for same price or cheaper with better food.

When first arriving with a reservation for 12 people in a private area and no pressure on having to finish within 2 hours I was told that it would be on the terrace. I asked for it to be changed inside as requested on upon reserving and I was told that there would be no problem but we would have to eat within 2 hours. I again said that my reservation was approved with an inside table and no pressure to eat and leave within 2 hours because we would be more than 7 people as stated on their reservation application. I had to show proof of reservation with specifications listed above. Other than with this problem, the rest of the evening went on without a hitch. The food was ok, not as good as the last time we went to The Keg but we were still happy with our food choices. We would definitely go again.

Service was fantastic. Seating was a bit cramped. (Party of 7) Halogen bulbs on ceiling mad it quite warm. Food took a bit to long but if you like to convers it is fine.

When we got there we were seated right away. The young girl that served us was very nice and efficient. I had mention in my reservation that we were celebrating a bday. The cake came right after we finished our dinner without us having to mention anything. Great service!
